Beautiful house overlooking Smiths Lake. Boat ramp, park and coffee shop, boat hire 50m away. Clean, comfy beds. Small fenced backyard for the dogs. Shops very handy. Great little spot. Went during the week so very quiet.

Beautiful location!

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at this gem right on Smith’s Lake waterfront (the master bedroom view was beautiful)! Great communication with host, very clean place, and all the things you need are provided for a great stay - especially the kayaks! There are so many places to explore in the area too, definitely recommend!

Sacred bliss

My stay at Serendipity was superb, quiet and blissful. The location was elite and the property was spacious, clean and filled with light. Smiths lake is an incredible place. The hosts were easy to connect and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay

A Great break away

Everything was exactly as advertised. A perfect location, a great home with everything you could need, set in a super quite environment where relaxing and unwinding was a pleasure. Definately a place to come back to again.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely couple of days here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, and it’s right on the lake. The property has everything you need, with a well stocked kitchen. Yvonne is a wonderful, friendly host and was very quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful location. Hostess ensured our stay was wonderful and was very accommodating. Views were amazing. Home was well presented. Yvonne has created a home where there is nothing further you would need: Free wifi Games DVD Kayaks Would love to return.

My new favourite place

I’ll start with the negatives - our time here was too short! The rest is positive. This lovely house was as advertised, very clean with all amenities, kitchen utensils with most condiments, comfortable beds, good shower, kayaks and a 100m walk to the water and Frothy Coffee cafe/boatshed (good food but coffee not great). The hosts Yvonne and Craig were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back.

This lovely home was clean and comfortable and right across from the gorgeous Smith’s Lake. It’s spacious and private and incredibly well appointed. We felt right at home and at no point felt on top of each other. There’s so much to do in this beautiful part of the state. However, this warm and inviting home is delightful to spend a lot of time in. The views of the lake are spectacular and sitting in the afternoon sun upstairs is idyllic.

Fantastic getaway

This property is amazing. The balcony over looks the lake, which is very relaxing while drinking your morning coffee. The lake is a very short walk from the house and the frothy coffee cafe is less than 50m. Overall we will 100% be back to this property
