Excellent communication with host Yvonne . Great property with absolutely everything that you need . A second fridge for drinks in the laundry room would have been fantastic as the current fridge was not large enough for the 8 of us . Absolutely perfect location and perfectly presented. Super clean bathrooms and kitchen with every amenity that you could imagine . We loved it . Thankyou so much Yvonne

The house is well equipped for any length stay, as well as the kayaks there is games, puzzles and toys in the house to keep you occupied. Playground, cafe and lake straight across the road mean you dont need to go anywhere. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and serving a breeze.

The property surpassed all our expectations with such an amazing location just across from the lake. Apart from being spotlessly clean, the extra inclusions were so generous and carefully thought out. The kitchen was a chef's dream and there were so many extra blankets and doonas for the cooler nights. The amount of books, games and DVDs for the little one was a beautiful touch. Thank you so much for a weekend to remember.

Serendipity was perfect for a family holiday. With 4 kids under 10 and 6 adults there was plenty of room. Two large dining tables - one inside and one outside and a wonderfully equipped and spacious kitchen there was loads of space for all of us. Smiths Lake is a beautiful spit and Serendity suited us perfectly.

We loved this place. It's a spacious, comfortable family home perfect for our extended family's getaway, perched on stunning Smith's Lake, across from a playground and park area. We had loads of fun utilising the kayaks that were included in the booking. Yvonne was a great host accommodating an extra guest at the last minute and helping us with the booking and any questions we had along the way. Thoroughly recommend a stay at Serenity.

We had a very relaxing break at Serendipity on Smiths Lake. We spent a lot of time at the lake as the weather was perfect. The Lake views from the upstairs balcony are magnificent. The home is very beautifully kept and self sufficient. Communication from the hosts was timely and helpful. I would love to visit again!

Our stay at serendipity was incredible. Large space for the entire family. Comfortable beds and pleanty of seating. Indoor and outdoor dining options. Very close to the lake and great dining-out options nearby! Communication was amazing with owners. Overall just excellent!

A great place for a relaxing summer holiday with family and friends. Comfortable and clean, great kitchen and living area. Short stroll to Smiths Lake and short drive to local surf beaches.
