Direct oceanfront overlooking the beach/ocean Come and relax in this oceanfront 2nd floor at the Daytona Beach Resort.
One bedroom condo that sleeps up to 4 people.

Bedroom: Two queen size beds Dresser TV Closet
Livingroom/Dining Area: Queen sofa, Dresser, TV
Kitchen: Fully equipped to make your meals, two bar stools, table/chairs, two stovetop burners, microwave and toaster oven.
Bathroom: tub/shower combination with bathroom vanity

Primary Renter must be 21
No Pets
No Trailers
No Smoking/Vaping - Smoke free Resort/balcony/Unit

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests.

Resort Update 11-14-25
The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), South Spa (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, North Spa, Kiddie Pool.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Disappointing

It’s kinda disappointing stay, wish we know that the beach access is closed, the ocean front view was terrible as the pool damaged by hurricane, at least we knew this upfront but we did not have any idea the bad view just in so obvious from our terrace, other issue that the shower pressure was very low, so taking shower was a pain :( If we know all those, we prefer to pay more money for a better place to stay .

Nice place and great to be on 2nd floor

This is a nice condo and very convenient for beach access and LOVED the pools. It was clean and worked well for me and my husband and our 4 kids. There isn't a dishwasher or washing machine in unit and that was a small inconvenience. There was some kind of motor noise that went off and on all day and night near the bedrooms that interfered a bit with my ability to fall asleep. I think it was related to pool and filtration maybe under the unit, but no idea really and owner said she wasn't aware of it. Kind of sounded like a washing machine spin cycle starting up and then stopping and slowing down... BUT, for the price, pools, and 2nd floor convenience, we'd stay here again!

Just wanted to say that we were impressed with our beachside condo rental! The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Location and view of the beach was Fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Girls Trip

This condo is very nice. Much nicer than the pictures show. We had a great time. The only downside was the balcony. It worked out great for us. The balconies are all connected with just a divider between each. We played everywhere else. There is a Denny's across the street. In the Publix center, just askew to the property there is a great restaurant called Crab Knight. Make sure to do the slingshot. Couldn't stop laughing. Thanks

Nice apartment easy access to beach. Roomy. Beach chairs and toys in closet. No oven only a small toaster oven and no W/d in unit. Pools very nice, large balcony with beautiful full ocean view
