Your Family will Enjoy this SPACIOUS Private Home Nestled in a Quiet Culdesac safe for children to ride bicycles! Sheets and Towels Provided. Large oversized lot, plenty of open space with New Volleyball Court, play Pool in game room, enjoy Swimming in our Private Salt Water Pool no charge for heat or relax in our New Hot Tub , Cabana with beverage cooler etc. Wake up to a Beautiful Sunrise with Ocean Views over a hot cup of coffee from Deck off the Great Room and Sunset from the West Side Decking . Top Floor-Open Large Great Room, Dining Area (deck facing the ocean) Updated Granite Kitchen with private decking to view sunsets. Also has a Master Queen Bedroom with its own Sitting Room (twin fold up bed available in sitting room) facing the ocean. There is also a half bathroom on the landing .

The Second Floor contains a Large King Master Suite with Sitting Room (contains a fold up twin bed) with private decking of the west views. Master Queen Bedroom with Full Bathroom, Large King Bedroom (private deck ocean side) that shares a bathroom (Jack & Jill) with a Oversized Bedroom and 2 Queen Sized Beds. T.V’s in all bedrooms, Great room and game room.

The First Floor has a Large Game Room with Pool Table , Granite Wet Bar , Full Size Refrigerator , TV, DVD, Roku, Half Bath, Gas Fireplace, Books, Video Library, Games & Patio with Pergola and Picnic Table.

There is a laundry area on the first landing.

Enjoy this Large Private Pool Area with Cabana Half Bath and Private Dressing Area, and a Outdoor Shower .

New 2022, mattresses, 3 new bedroom furniture in 3 bedrooms. New refinished wood flooring in great room. New decking west side, deck furniture always updating !

The sitting areas in two of the master bedrooms -available pack n play, twin fold up beds, booster chair, high chairs, gates and play pen. Child Friendly Home!

Our beautiful wide sandy beach has a lifeguard posted..

Wonderful home for large family,friends...perfect atmatmosphere!

When we walked it this home was perfect for all of us.Very roomy,clean and perfectly beach and vacation friendly. We had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding,linens, everything needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs you name it, it was there. The pool,hot tub and area around pool was amazing! This a wonderful beach retreat!

Awesome Vacation

Our family vacation at Pelican Rest was everything a vacation should be at the beach. Everything was included such as beach chairs, wagon, pool, grill and a host that was always available for questions or help with anything we needed.

Place was clean and spacious for four and would be for more. Had all the amenities we needed. Pool was nice, especially bc we had double flag rip tide warnings most of our week. Loved the hot tub. Short walk to the beach, drive/bike for groceries or shopping. Beds comfy. Plenty of beach gear—chairs, carts, pool toys, floats, noodles etc. Especially loved sunrises overlooking ocean from top deck each morning, and dog friendly!

This home was beyond doubt the best experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The furniture and decor was what I would choose for myself. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean with terrific water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eileen thought of everything to make this a delightful stay. Great home for our family!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter is sensitive to chlorine and usually can't enjoy swimming, but the saltwater pool made it possible for her to enjoy it with her brothers. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach and is just five minutes from the grocery store, which was really convenient for us. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Definitely a great spot in the Outer Banks!

A Wonderful Beach House

Loved it all!!!!

3 families, 6 adults, 6 kids, perfect set up for all of us. Loved the short walk to the beach, safe and clean in-ground pool, and hot tub. Lots of space upstairs and on ground level. Great location for lots of fun around Corolla. Would absolutely go back to the same place!

We had a Great vacation!

We had a great vacation! Eileen was very helpful, and helped us out when we had questions. The house was just a short walk to the beach, even the younger children had no problem. A beach wagon was provided so that helped. The house looked just like the pictures. The pool and hot tub were great!

We built our home in 1998, rented it for a few years. Then in 2001 retired and moved down to the Outerbanks. We then bought an additional rental home , and began renting it ourself. We love living by the Ocean !
