Charming 3 bedroom house with waterfront views

This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Holden Beach. With a king bed, queen/double bed, and two twin beds, guests will find a tremendous night's sleep. The master bathroom offers a jetted bathtub and shower for added convenience. The lovely living room has a murphy bed. We hope you enjoy what our place and Holden has to offer. The beach and marina are only a quick 5 minute drive. Driveway is wide and long enough to accommodate your own boat if you wish to bring it.
House linens including towels are provided. Baby equipment also provided.
Homeowner provides a starter pack of trash bags, paper towels, and toiletries.
Home has a variety of games and puzzles.
ROKU televisions in all bedrooms and living space.
Large kitchen is well stocked for entertaining.
Outside balcony has a large porch glider for just sitting and enjoying the view. **Pier is not accessible to guests**

Absolutely stunning home!!

We loved everything about this home and are already planning our next visit! The house was super clean, organized, and perfect for our family trip. My 4 y/o was so excited about the toys in “his room” and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. We really enjoyed our time and would 10/10 recommend visiting here!

This was the most sensational rental experience I’ve had. Nicole was a phenomenal host. We had an issue with the A/C and she made sure it was resolved quickly. The house was very clean and set up for families with people of all ages. I will definitely look at re-booking this house again in the future! The pier was our favorite.

We had our family Thanksgiving there and words can't even express how beautiful this home is and the view is breathtaking the private peer is awesome to walk on and fish from and just to set and relax and enjoy the scenery the home was gorgeous very beachy the decor was so nice and the whole theme is amazing it was very clean and has a lot of space the bed rooms were great and the master bed room was wonderful with a beautiful bathroom with a jet tub we made great memories here and definitely will be returning I'd give 20 stars if I could we hated to leave

The neighborhood is quiet and the beauty of just sitting on the balcony watching boats come and go and all the wildlife is amazing.

What makes this property unique

Property is waterfront and you can enjoy fishing without going far. It also has the room for you to bring your own boat. Marina is just a short drive from the property.
