Went on an amazing girls trip and stayed at this gorgeous little beach house. You cannot beat the view and the privacy. The house was exactly what we wanted for our nerdy girls weekend of reading and booze. The sounds of the ocean are present every minute of your stay and add to the peaceful atmosphere. The house is small and cozy but incredibly clean and inviting. The little patio complete with hot tub and fireplace are the perfect place to relax, look at the stars and listen to the ocean. We cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful property right on the beach! Loved watching all the pelicans from the deck! The house was fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for - very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this gem with us:)

Absolutely wonderful stay, even with the fog/cloud cover it was spectacular. Everything you could need here for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Will definitely be back.

Best amenity was the view from both inside and outside. So nice with clear walls to see the ocean and be protected from the wind. Cozy blankets in the living room were appreciated too!Enjoyed the stairs to the beach below and seeing so many starfish when the tide was out!!

This location is unbelievably beautiful! We were only there for one night but the walk on the private beach the next morning was so memorable. Bodega Bay is charming and quiet, which suits this property well. The view is to die for, the private beach is wonderful, we saw live starfish and aenemome in the mussel encrusted rock formations. Local succulents were everywhere - the natural setting was surreal. The house itself is what you see, a bit dated and older, clean but well equipped. The linens and pillows need upgrading but it is apparent that the host has made great effort to welcome you with wine and fresh flowers etc. We were there for the view and got more than expected. I would highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful place and amazing setting. Very generous with complimentary drinks and snacks. Hot tub is great too.Downside is some amenities were not accessible and communication was unhelpful. The gas fire pit did not work and we tried different tanks (three of which were empty upon arrival). There is also no laundry, which was not a great surprise as we were on the way to a wedding. Reached out to the host and a day later were told it is for service use only and we needed to ask housekeeping for permission. Should be handled better for a stay of this price and quality. Fantastic location though.

Beautiful Amazing Stay!

Seamist was amazing! The views were magnificent, the home was very clean and well stocked with everything possible, including champagne, robes, and blankets. The hottub was a perfect temperature and incredible ocean view. Will definitely be back!

Girls trip

This property is everything it advertises and more, beautiful ocean front property, nice deck with fire pit and jacuzzi overlooking a private beach… we had a great girls trip, was the perfect place to celebrate us all turning 60 this year. This was our second time staying at this location and we will be back again next year for sure!

Best View in Bodega

We rented this house along with the one next door for a family reunion. You can't beat the view and the home is comfortable with all you need to make a great meal. Kids loved playing on the beach and the adults loved looking at the waves all day. Great place to enjoy beautiful Bodega.

Incredible view, crashing waves! Rejuvenated our minds and allowed us to spend quality time together

We loved the cottage on the water. The sunsets were magnificent ! Location halfway between Jenner and Bodega Bay was perfect, making easy access to both. Staying here allowed us to explore the beautiful area, then come back and relax , and just be absorbed by wonderful view and magic of the ocean. Also, enjoyed seeing the mist of the whales blowing , as they passed by on their way North.
