The open-concept great room on the second floor is perfect to spend quality time watching a movie on the 65’ Smart TV, playing a game of pool, or soaking in the views of the surrounding pines. The large bay windows let in latural light & the natural wood floors are stunning. There is a stone encased fireplace & comfortable seating for 8.

This kitchen is unmatched with a full-size fridge & stand alone full-size freezer, stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher & wine fridge. The kitchen island has a beautiful rustic wood finish & seats 4. When dinner is ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8.

If you prefer to dine al fresco there is a large back deck. Enjoy the gas BBQ & seating for 6.

With 5 bedrooms, there is room for the whole family! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the ground floor & the other upstairs. The downstairs master bath has a single sink & large walk-in shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a gas fireplace, 55’ TV & an ensuite bathroom that boasts a jetted tub, large walk-in shower & double vanity. The kid’s room & the additional 2 rooms w/ queens share the upstairs &/or downstairs full bathrooms-both have shower/tub combos.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
