The view of Dillon Reservoir was even better than imagined! The porch off the living room and Master BR was spacious and comfortable for meals. We appreciated the parking garage and elevator to our 2nd floor condo as well as the easy access to the sidewalk from the dam to the Marina! Great hosts and a cozy condo!

Great place - central location - amazing view

A great place at a reasonable price during peak ski season. Amazing views, all the amenities you would want and even 2 covered garage parking spots so you don't have to take snow off your car in the morning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Location was perfect. The view of the lake was fantastic. It was nice and quiet. My only suggestion is replacing the carpet for tile in the bathroom. Couldn't go in there without shoes, just grossed me out a bit. But..with that being said the place was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Even with carpet in the bathroom...I would stay here again.

The view from the condo is a 5 star view and makes any other minor problems with the unit worth ignoring. I am a senior citizen but I'm pretty sure the carpet is older than I am. Many things about the condo are very dated - but we just stopped looking around inside and enjoyed the view. The messages from the property management were somewhat irritating, but again we loved the view and would visit again.

Fabulous view, convenient location, comfortable unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent property management communication, secure garage parking, elevator and many luggage cards, fantastic unobstructed view of the lake. Plenty of towels and paper goods, extension cords with USB ports. Great deck and indoor furniture. No AC which is typical in Summit County. We'll be back.

We love hearing this, Yasko! So glad you enjoyed all the little perks at Point Dillon—epic lake views, smooth check-in, stocked-up supplies, and those handy USB cords (they do come in clutch!). And yep, no AC is a Summit County classic—but that crisp mountain air is nature’s air conditioning. Can’t wait to have you back for round two of lakeside relaxation at A1 Vacation Rentals!
