Our first room, we had to move due to the air conditioner wasn’t working. Jeannie put us in another room. Then the next day we had to move to our final room. So at first, moving to 3 different rooms and 6 of us with all our luggage’s and other things it was not what I expected. Jeannie did everything she could to make all this work out. She went beyond and put us in an upgraded room to finish our vacation. The place was very clean, balcony view was awesome, lots different shops and restaurants within walking.Thanks Jeannie for all your support and help, making our vacation special. God Bless You

This ocean view was very clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to several restaurants. The lagoon was walking distance and also to the beach. The resort was very convenient for snacks and treats. McDonald's across the street. Great place and experience. Thank you
