Our top floor, modern, executive style apartment offers the ultimate in lifestyle and location.
Based in South Brisbane, you are a short walk to Southbank with its vast array of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, public transport & 1 km to the City… you can also securely park your car/s & leave them behind…
Take a dip in the pool, reserve a spot at the BBQ or simply sit back & enjoy the view from the top :)
The Space:

We have recently had numerous guests have more than 4 people in the apartment, loud music, excessive rubbish, breakages...basically a party.
This is a breach of our house rules & we are now enforcing our zero tolerance policy.
The building management has onsite security & we have instructed them, if ANY complaints from other residents to escort guests out + the cost of this security company will be on-billed to the guest.
We have also put a security camera on the apartment front door.
If you have any thought of breaching our strict house rules, then you are best to book elsewhere.

We’ve set up our fully air-conditioned, stylish penthouse with everything that you’ll need + it’s the perfect base to explore everything Brisbane.
A short stroll away is the Cultural Precinct (QPAC, GOMA, Museum + Library), take a wander through Southbank, pack your swimmers for a dip at the Beach, jump on a City Cat &/or a short walk over the bridge into the CBD.
Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open plan living, kitchen, dining + funky artwork & you’ll feel right at home with Bose Sound System, WiFi, Netflix, Washing machine + Dryer, Queen size beds, well equipped Kitchen, huge Balcony and did we mention the view!
Slide back the huge triple doors to the over-height ceiling on the entertainer’s balcony & enjoy a glass or two while the sun sets & city lights come up.
Pull back the curtains after a restful night’s sleep and let light flood in to stare at the view…
Both bedrooms have super comfy Queen beds; the main bedroom has a walk through wardrobe to its ensuite, while the second bedroom has a large built in wardrobe & uses the main bathroom with bath / shower.
It feels like you’re in an executive hotel suite, but with absolutely everything you need to be in your home away from home.

This was our first time in Brisbane, and this neighborhood came as a recommendation from a family member who lives here. And he nailed it! We spent 10 days going EVERYWHERE around the area and were so grateful to be in this area. It was made even better with this wonderful apartment. We didn't need for anything and were delighted by all the amenities and fast, friendly help from our host. I can't recommend it enough!
Wonderful location in the vibrant Westend, easy walking distance to many sights. The apartment is well maintained, with abundant supplies.The host was always easily accessible - we were there during the flood and needed assistance. Will stay here again. Thanks Craig.
We had a wonderful stay in Brisbane, so lucky that we were staying in this apartment during the Covid lockdown.. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Fantastic views down Peel Street and beyond of the city lights at night. Checking in was easy with a very detailed welcome pack. Apartment had all that we needed with well stocked shelves of all the essentials. Being on the top floor gave an increased ceiling height on the balcony so it didn't feel cramped. This was a great find, highly recommend.
This place is beautifully fitted out with everything you could possibly need and/or think of. From the bedrooms to the kitchen, living and bathrooms, it's nothing but class and quality. The outdoor area is amazing and the sliding doors mean you can bring the outside in and enjoy a great breeze. Highly recommend!!
