Very nice charming house with lots of neat decorations all over. We spent 5 nights here and each day I saw something new that I never noticed before. Pool was really nice and very quiet neighborhood. Property was well stocked and had almost everything you would need. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Loved our stay

House is in a beautiful location, right on the water and you can see the canal from the living area. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the porch. Crystal Springs has a nice small town feel and we enjoyed going out to see the manatees. Would definitely recommend!

At the risk of letting our a new found secret…great home and a very hospitable host! If you are looking to visit Crystal River and want an excellent location for direct gulf access by boat, refreshing pool and large, newly renovated home, you should give this a try! My family and I will be back.

Summer Scallop Trip

This property had all the space we needed and the canal made it easy to get out to the river and the gulf. The pool was really nice to hang out in after a day on the water. This is a great location for your trip to Crystal River.

Great House & Owners!

We loved our stay at this house. The location was perfect for scalloping and springs. The pool was very refreshing after being on the boat all day. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need. We would definitely recommend staying here.
