About this property

House on land with ocean, whales and turtle beaches kayaks and sailboat option

New house (anti-noise and anti-thermal PVC doors and windows) on a 800 m2 plot on the coast to sheltered sea, to the left of Praia da Tartaruga. It has small sandy beaches on the right and left of the land. Praia da Baleia (left in the satellite photo) is inside the condominium (see Google).

At the street level, there is the entrance to the house with a gate, a garage for 2 cars (the others have two wheels on the sidewalk). The floor below contains the 3 suites and hall. The lower floor contains a kitchen, toilet, dining room and is integrated by a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Below the house has a laser area with an indoor pool.

The external staircase leads to the sea, coastal garage, mini deck and neighboring (almost secret) beaches. Ideal for those who like the sea and privacy.

Very close (4 miles) to Ilha Grande.
Possibility to rent Bramador 34 (feet), with motor, gas stove, refrigerator, electric bathroom and two cabins.

By sailboat, the house is 30 minutes from Cataguás Islands, 60 minutes from Lagoa Azul and 90 minutes from Saco do Céu (with magnificent restaurants).

Gorgeous View

We had such a lovely time in Andre's beautiful home. There were stunning views from the living room and three of the bedrooms. It was wonderful having the kayaks to explore the coastline, visit the nearby beaches, and to find great spots to snorkel. The kitchen needs some updating but we managed just fine. Our host was easy to communicate with and he gave us some great tips for local restaurants and activities. We hope to come back some day soon!

Vista incrível de dia e a noite

Imóvel com uma vista da sala/cozinha e dos quartos linda, sala ampla, deck amplo, a prainha na lateral do imóvel muito boa na baixa maré e praticamente exclusiva, regiao boa para andar de caiaque e o imovel tem 3, sendo um duplo, praia da tartaruga bem rasa, ideal para crianças, a casa nem tanto já que o deck e a varanda não tem cerca com tela. O anfitrião mesmo sabendo que só iria um casal, deixou todos os quartos com toalhas, lençóis, sabonete etc. A vista dos quartos ao amanhecer vale muito a pena. Tem ainda um pier que dá para nadar tranquilamente na frente do imóvel, maré baixa água bate pouco acima do joelho. Voltaria e indico para que procura tranquilidade e beleza.

A casa corresponde o anúncio. Tem bastante utensílios. Os quartos tem um pouco de cheiro de umidade. Casa espaçosa com entrada de luz e sol. Casa muito funcional e com bom espaço para família e grupo de amigos. O proprietário é bem solicito e responde com prontidão. Tivemos ótima estadia no local.

Lugar tranquilo e reservado

A casa fica dentro de um condomínio bem tranquilo, o André (dono da casa) é super solícito, passa todas as dicas e suporte necessário para a estadia. Mesmo entrando no mesmo dia em que outro grupo havia saído (nosso check-in estava liberado já as 14hs) a casa estava super limpa e organizada. Durante a estadia o Jaime (caseiro) ainda passou de manhã cedinho para limpar a piscina. Casa tem caiaques para passeio, cozinha bem equipada. Foi um ótimo fim de semana e voltaria para a casa outras vezes.

Passamos o Reveillon na casa do André. Fomos em 3 casais. Foi perfeito, a atenção do André e sua família em nos explicar todos os detalhes, nos mostrar a casa e praias, a preocupação com os detalhes, etc. A casa é ótima e a localização, incrível. Fica no alto, com uma vista deslumbrante. Descendo por dentro da casa, chegasse ao mar calmo e de águas em uma temperatura deliciosa. Parece uma piscina no mar! A casa possui caiaques que permitem um belo passeio até as praias da Tartaruga, Baleia e Biscaia. Definitivamente não ficarei em nenhum outro lugar ao voltar a Angra. Valeu muito. Foi uma experiência incrível. André, muito obrigado por tudo. Pode nos aguardar, pois retornaremos!

Aconchego, paz, natureza e mar aos nossos pés

Tudo é exatamente como descrito e demonstrado nas fotos. Nadar na frente da casa é um encontro com a natureza; é como estar em um aquário. O tempo passa e a paz toma conta, enquando nos deleitamos com o visual de peixinhos lindos e, acreditem, tartarugas. Ver as tartarugas emergindo ao nosso lado nos da a sensação de integração com a vida selvagem. As garças, com seu pouso suave, dão uma graça especial. Ver uma capivara e seus filhotinhos na costeira mergulharem no mar ao se assustarem com nossa presença é incrível. Nadar ou ir de caiaque até a praia da Baleia ou da Tartaruga é um must. Agente simplesmente se esquece do tempo ao descobrir as mini praias secretas entre as praias da Tartaruga e Baleia, que se escondem na maré cheia. Esta vivência é um must, antes de se expandir para os locais paradisíacos da ilha Grande em um inesquecível passeio de veleiro. Isto tudo se resume em um daqueles passeios que jamais esqueceremos em nossas vidas. Para que Caribe?
