beautiful location with direct access to the sea and to a private beach but the outside needs to be cleaned and the furniture inside the house and on the terrasseis poor, very basic and cheap.

Amazing property!!!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house is amazing (with the 75 steps to get down to) & we loved having the dock & private beach nearby. We kayaked & snorkeled right there & saw all kinds of fish & many sea turtles!! Fatima & Antonio were a great help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. The only thing that frustrated me was communication with Marco…He did not tell us I until the day before we arrived that there was an additional charge for the house keeper (Fatima). I feel like this is something that should be included in the property information or communicated early on so we can plan accordingly.

weekend getaway!

I have no words to describe the weekend we spent with our family at this beautiful property. we were a group of 14 people! fit everyone perfectly. I have to start by mentioning Fatima & Leia, and of course "Magrinho". This team, formed to serve guests, are very professional people. They are helpful, polite, and charismatic. The quality of service is spectacular. The cuisine is impeccable. Every day we spent there we were treated very well. We didn't miss anything; everything was delicious from this wonderful team. Congratulations!!! We already miss you guys. We hope to be able to return for another vacation. The only issue I can't help but mention is the same as in other reviews. The stairs are a bit much, be prepared for a workout. Not recommended for elderly people. It was very difficult for my 83-year-old father to go up and down!

Perfect Getaway

While vacationing in Rio, we opted for a few days in Angra to hit the clear blue waters. It did not disappoint!! The house is large, clean, and well kept, with a large kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas. And of course beautiful views! The Casseiro and Cozinheira are amazing and will do everything they can to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations!!

hermosa casa pero con algunos problemas

No fue lo que esperaba, son 3 casas que comparten muelle, por lo tanto si están ocupadas es un problema, nuestros vecinos apenas llegamos nos hicieron pasar un día pésimo, la música estaba muy alta y hacían karaoke y era muy molesto, consulte a José porque el anuncio decía que no estaban permitidas las fiestas pero no hizo nada al respecto, solo me dijo que si seguían después de las 22 hrs les iba a decir que no se podía poner música, pero pasamos desde las 15 hasta las 22 con un ruido insoportable. El anuncio dice que hay 2 piletas pero solo hay 1. La limpieza en el entorno no es buena, había botellas y suciedad en algunos sectores. Y en la cocina y en el quincho también había cosas un poco sucias. El acceso a la casa es bastante complicado, las escaleras son eternas y bajar y subir las maletas y las bolsas del super ha sido bastante molesto. El día que llegamos no funcionaba el inodoro de la habitación principal, pero al otro día lo soluciono José. Eso por comentar lo malo. El segundo día se fueron los vecinos, y disfrutamos mucho... el muelle, los kayaks, las vistas, es todo muy lindo....La casa es grande y cómoda, y las vistas son increíbles. José fue muy servicial, nos traía pan a la mañana y nos consiguió una lancha que nos busco por el muelle para hacer un recorrido por las islas. Así que considero que deberían informar las cuestiones que mencione arriba (1 pileta, muelle compartido con 2 casas) y cuidar un poco la limpieza en el entorno y la casa es recomendable.

An amazing place

I should lie so that no one discovers this paradise, I want it just for myself. From the owner to the manager and the house keeping were extremely attentive at all times and to any request, the rooms and bathrooms in excellent condition, and the main room with an unbeatable view of the sea and mountains, we did not imagine such beauty. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa ainda mais porque contamos com a ajuda sensacional do Magrinho e da D. Fátima que são super solícitos e educados. A casa é bem confortável, o único problema são os mais de 50 degraus kkkkkkkk mas vale super a pena. Voltaremos com toda certeza.

Imóvel superou todas as expectativas. Casa bem estruturada; 2 funcionários sempre a disposição e super solicitos (Magrinho e Fátima), não deixaram faltar nada. Super educados e dispostos a ajudar em qualquer situação. A vista da casa é perfeita. Tivemos alguns dias de chuva mas mesmo assim foi tudo maravilhoso. O pier da casa é sensacional. O mar super calmo e tranquilo. Excelente para todas as idades. Com certeza voltarei em breve!

Natal divertido em família!!Casa boa e funcional!

São 75 degraus de escada para chegar na casa! Dito isso, a casa é nova, bem iluminada e com uma vista linda. A entrada principal é pelo andar de cima, são 4 suítes ótimas nesse andar. No andar de baixo, uma suíte, sala grande com lavabo e a área externa com churrasqueira e piscina. A sala e quartos têm ar-condicionado split. A Cozinha é funcional, com todos utensílios, inclusive com air fryer e adega. A Fátima e Magrinho são atenciosos, simpáticos e ajudam em tudo. O deck é uma delícia, contratamos um passeio de lancha que nos buscou, confortavelmente, pelo deck. No deck as crianças se divertiram com tartarugas, peixes e estrelas do mar. Fomos até a praia da Biscaia com os caiaques da casa, muito bom! Foram dias divertidos em família!

Casa maravilhosa

Adorei minha estadia, passamos natal e ano novo, foram 11 dias incríveis, impagável acordar todas as manhãs com vista para o mar e dormir ouvindo o barulho das ondas. A Fátima cuidadora da casa, nos recepcionou muito bem, muito educada e prestativa, a comida que ela faz é maravilhosa, o magrinho é um querido, comprava pãozinho fresco todas as manhãs. Fiquei bem satisfeita e voltamos com as energias renovadas para o início de ano. Com certeza voltaremos!

Casa excelente!

O que mais nos atraiu no imóvel foi a vista! Mas chegando lá fomos surpreendidos com a recepção e acolhimento da Fatima e do Magrinho, prontamente já nos disponibilizaram os telefones que faziam entregas diretamente lá na casa, todos os dias a Fatima deixou o imóvel muito limpo, todo o momento o Magrinho nos auxiliou, foi a mercados, à padaria estava sempre pronto e nos respondia com muita boa vontade! Vamos voltar com toda a certeza!
