Great location and great for large group

We had a wonderful time ! It’s very hard to find 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in such a good area. Excellent value for money! Chef and staff were great. Perhaps the lounge room area is ready for a new couch but long table was perfect for dinner and the outside tree areas great for photos

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location in Seminyak, close to everything. Staff were the absolute best, Chef and team so lovely and everything the chef cooked was sooo delicious,Pak the Driver appreciate him so much for going above and beyond. We were a very large group 18 in total. Wonderful security team, so helpful in eveings and was nice to know someone was around throughout the night. Lastly thank you Henry for your very clear and concise communication. Beautiful Villa, loved our stay ....see you all next time.

Large family holiday

The property was in a good location, a short walk to Petitenget St where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.The villa was very clean but was a bit mouldy in places, possibly due to the humidity and the aircon. The bedrooms were set up differently to the photos.The staff were all fantastic. They were really helpful when a dog up the street was harassing us, and went out of their way to assist when an air conditioner leaked onto a mattress, replacing it. The driver, Teguh, was very patient with us doing multiple trips a day to shops and restaurants for us.

Hi Helen Thank you for booking my villa estate and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m so glad you thought my staff were fantastic, many clients say this in their feedback. I’ve fed your comment back to the staff and they are so happy. I’m very sorry regarding the small mould stain on one ceiling. As explained, this was due to a small leak from the huge tropical rainstorm which occurred the day you arrived. We fixed the roof but could not repaint the small stain as your group were checking in and the bedroom will have smelled of paint fumes. This has now been completed and all good again. Bali has experienced the worse rain storms in over 25 years these last few weeks. Yes, the villa estate is in a great, strategic location quiet - really close to the lovely beach and lots of amenities. Yes, one of the AC units in the bedroom did break and I replaced this immediately. The villa driver is so friendly and helpful, he was so happy to serve you during your stay. It would be lovely to welcome you back to this or one of my other villas and look forward to seeing you again soon. Best wishes Craig

Our group of 17 had a fantastic time staying for five nights at the Anyara Estate villa.The property was very clean and all was as expected.The staff were attentive and looked after us well.The property is well located and walking distance to the main street and the beach.Highly recommended !
