The unit counts with 2 bedrooms, a guest bedroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen, a full bathroom (with bath tub) and a toilet.
The main bedroom has a 180cm box-spring bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom has a 160cm box-spring bed and a smart TV. The third room can be used either as an office or as a guest bedroom (with a sofa bed).

Managing properties since 2011, I enjoy providing great premises where people can feel at home while in Bern.
Why they chose this property
This property is located very close to the city centre and has been recently renovated and furnished with a lot of care in every detail. In the summer months every room has a tower ventilator, and you shall find a portable air conditioner in the living room. In winter, it feels rather cosy with a chalet-like vibe.
The building has 2 entrances and an elevator that takes you directly into your unit. The laundry room is also private (in the basement), and you shall find ironing facilities, a washer and dryer at your disposal.
