River front house on a 1/2 acre lot that sleeps 25 people. The property has a gentle slope down to the river (no stairs) with beautiful pecan and cypress trees. We are located on River Rd in the heart of tub country! Newly renovated interior, the home boast 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a very large party room down stairs. The property has parking for 10 vehicles and beautiful views with various wild life observation opportunities. The location also includes trophy trout fishing just steps from the house.

This was the most wonderful home I have rented on VRBO. The owner was committed to ensuring we had a swell time and was extremely helpful. Beautiful kitchen and views. Multiple trash cans. I would trust the owner not only with my vacation, but my life.

Great location for a large group

If you enjoy sitting in the river and relaxing, then this is the place for you! We’ve stayed a few different places on the river over the years, but this was our favorite.

Perfect Setup

We stayed here for a friends reunion and the house was perfect. Plenty of space and we had the best setup on the river. Wonderful golden hour - beautiful property. Will be back!

Amazing riverfront house!

We had an extended family weekend vacation on the river and this house was perfect! Enough space for everyone, clean, comfortable beds, and the location was awesome. Everyone loved it and would definitely come back!

Relaxing Stay

Great trip to relax on the river with old college buddies. We had a great time using their grills, River front property, and lodging. It was plenty of room for us by a long shot and everything in the home opporsted as it should so nothing but 5 stars from us.

Beautiful setting

We enjoyed our stay at Grateful Getaway. You couldn’t ask for a better location...the view is gorgeous ! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Great place to stay to enjoy tubing, fishing and other outdoor adventures!

Family getaway

This was the perfect place for a family retreat! We loved the location on the River and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host even allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than originally scheduled. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

House is a great place to stay for a large group of people! Plenty of beds and bathrooms along with elbow room inside and out! Owner is extremely nice and responsive with any hiccups or questions that may come up! Would definitely book again!

Great Getaway

This is our second time staying here and we love it. It is in a great location on the river. There is plenty of space all around for everyone. Love the fact that I can bring my small dog with me! My family and I will most definitely be staying here again!
