Modern house with small sea view (Lostmarc'h) ideal for a couple and 3 children, excellent location, quiet, near virgin island, near the lighthouse.
Located 1 km from the beautiful beach morgat (seaside resort, sailing, surfing, diving ...) 300m cliff in the woods of kador, it will be the point of your anchor your vacation and start your hiking ( GR34) through the wild moors, heather always with the sea in the background.
the house is recent (2006), bright, fully equipped and south west facing on a 650mcarré of land with terrace and balcony.

floor: adult room with bed 2-seater room with single bed bunk-room single-bed bathroom with shower toilet

By private road access to the rear of the house facing any overlooked just nature and hiking trail

Maison idéalement située a quelques pas du gr aux paysages magnifiques. Un hôte sympathique, accueillant et réactif en cas de besoin et donnant de bons conseils pour les excursions et balades. Et surtout merci d’accepter les chiens 🐶 ! Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle région

Saleté

Dès notre arrivé à la maison, nous avons pu constaté que le ménage n’avait pas été correctement fait. En effet nous avons retrouvé des insectes morts, de la poussière partout, de la vaisselle marqué par des traces de saleté, les volaient sur des fenêtres qui ne se fermaient pas ou alors très mal ainsi que des traces sur les contours des fenêtres qui s’apparentaient à de la moisissure. Nous avons également trouvé le matelas du lit trop mou ce qui a causé des problèmes de dos à mon compagnon. La communication avec le propriétaire fut au préalable bonne, nous n’avons pas pu se voir à notre arrivée mais nous a indiqué que si nous avions la moindre question il ne fallait pas hésiter à l’appeler. J’ai trouvé cela très sympathique de sa part mais lorsque je lui ai posé une question par message, il ne m’a jamais répondu. A la fin du séjour, nous lui avons fait part que notre insatisfaction concernant la propreté du logement et nous avons eu une tout autre conversation avec lui. Il a été très désagréable et a indiqué que nous avions payé 50€ de ménage uniquement pour que nous n’ayons pas à le faire, je me demande où sont passés les 50€… Pour finir l’endroit est magnifique, la localisation de la maison est parfaite mais je vous déconseille de choisir ce logement notamment par sa salubrité mais également à cause du comportement très désagréable du propriétaire incapable de se remettre en question sur la propreté du logement que nous avons loué.

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit.

Das Haus war so verdreckt, dass wir am Anreisetag um eine gründliche Reinigung gebeten haben oder eine andere Lösung, da die Reinigung auf Nachfrage offenbar nicht möglich war. Absprachen wurden zu unserem Nachteil nicht eingehalten. Wir haben den Urlaub in einer anderen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Gegend ist großartig!

Ein angenehm helles Haus, das durch die vielen gemalten Bilder des Vermieters sehr bunt ist und fast wie ein bewohnbares Museum fürKunst und Ungewöhnliches wirkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und das Umfeld perfekt für uns.

La maison est idéale pour découvrir Crozon, très bien située dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel ! Elle est superbement décorée avec des toiles qui personnalisent immédiatement le séjour... on s y sent bien tout de suite. Bref nous recommandons sans hésitation, et nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Belle vue, accueil agréable

Bonjour, la maison est agréable, bien située même si 2/3 trucs ne fonctionnent pas tout à fait côté pratique. L'accueil est agréable et prévenant également. Pas de mauvaise surprise donc, le seul bémol allant à ces petits dysfonctionnements pratiques mais pas de nature à gâcher le séjour si vous êtes un amoureux du coin. Je recommande.
