Princeton 2

Great place that was clean and so equipped. Easy access to the beach is a plus. Only one car allowed so keep that in mind when booking.

Perfect week!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The balcony views were spectacular especially at sunrise. Easy walk down to the beach. The only negative I have is that there is only parking for one car which can’t be helped.

Golf tournament/ Beach trip

Overall impression of the property was very good.... only one parking place per unit can be a problem with two bedroom units where you have people from different locations meeting for vacation... TV system difficult to manage/ operate and weak signal....

Beyond expectations

Everything was exceptional. Had a ceiling leak from upper condo. Office sent maintenance right away, we put a bucket to protect the new flooring. What really makes it great is it's affordable for people like us. I give this a solid score of 20 out of a 10....in other words, extremely satisfied!!!!!

We were very happy with our stay at your condo. My only complaint was the parking, we drive a good size Dodge Ram 250 and it was a little tough getting in the small spot. Another renter also drove a good size truck and he ended having to park underneath because fitting in the spot next to our truck was tight for him. We also had an issue with our AC and I wish we had called the office earlier in the week instead of dealing with it because they were very quick to send a AC technician that fixed the issue for us. All and all we had a wonderful stay and will definitely rent again in the future!!

Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay, best place yet, biggest drawback is parking.

Overall excellent, biggest drawback is parking, I realize there's not a lot you can do about it, if anything. But that's the only problem I can see

Great beach getaway

Condo was very nice, large kitchen and master bath. Beautiful view of ocean, nice balcony and first floor location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again

Fridge didn't keep stuff cold and everything melted in the freezer.

Called about it sent someone to look at said they needed fan motor said they would be back next day to fix it. But never came back. So we had to use ice and coolers for are cold stuff. Beside that the place was nice.

Family Vacation 2021

The condo was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Location was perfect. Was perfect for my son, daughter-in-law, three-year-old grandson and myself. Beds were comfortable. Had a minor problem with the shower in the master bath getting the water temperature warm enough but managed in spite of this minor inconvenience.

Great spot!

Loved everything about this place except the antique kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. everything else was terrific. For a few bucks visitors would be much happier. Location was wonderful. Unit was well furnished and comfortable. Super clean.
