This bright and beautifully furnished Villa includes upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Beautiful granite center island with 4 stools and large dining set. King bedroom with large screen TV and en-suite bathroom with double shower and double vanity sinks. Living room with vaulted ceilings and 65" TV and balcony overlooking an on-site golf course. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a pocket door that creates an additional private en-suite bedroom. 3rd Bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable chaise chair and large screen TV. In Unit washer and dryer. Inflatable Queen Size air mattress also available upon request for additional guests. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool as well as fitness center and large outdoor BBQ area. Shuttle to nearby beautiful beaches also available. New owners Lenny & Kelly are from NY and have enjoyed coming to the Myrtle Beach area for many years. We are both active and enjoy dining out, listening to live music and entertainment. We enjoy traveling and the adventure of new experiences.
Why they chose this property
This location is easily accessible to all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. Beaches are 1 mile away, plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment and golf courses within in minutes. This area has everything anyone may need for the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway. Looking to play some golf - it's right on the grounds with many other courses nearby. Looking to relax on the beach - it's minutes away and not in the thick of the crowded touristy area. Looking for good food and fun nightlife - the Marsh Walk area and many other great restaurants are nearby. Shopping at nearby Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, it's all here!
