The private backyard oasis includes plenty of places to gather and lounge; in-ground heated pool, pool house, patio dining table & lounge chairs, fire pit patio, and screened-in porch. The home is perfect for families or a small group retreat. Also a great place to stay while in town for a wedding and a short drive to a Notre Dame game.

Convenience and relaxation are key, so the house has everything you will need; kitchen gadgets and cookware, washer/dryer, beach towels, linens, gas grill, and kid toys. We want to make yourself at home and relax.

The screened-in porch is your sanctuary for a morning cup of coffee and an afternoon cocktail. Enjoy the shade in the pool house on a warm summer afternoon.
Lounge and enjoy a movie on the smart TV in the rec room, or play billiards, darts, foosball, and more in the game room.

The upper level features 3 bedrooms (king, king, and two twins), kitchen with counter seating for 2, porch, dining room table with seating for 10, living room, and full bath with double sinks and shower/tub. The lower level includes 1 bedroom (2 queens), game room with billiards, darts, and foosbol, rec room with a large couch, smart TV, full bath with shower, and clothes washer/dryer.

Everything you need is a walk away. We are conveniently located 1.1 miles from the beach, 2 blocks from Jackie's Cafe, 1.1 miles from Redamaks, and 0.7 miles from downtown New Buffalo shops and restaurants.
Do you like breweries? It's a short stumble to Beer Church, 1.5 miles to Ghost Isle Brewery, and a 15 min drive to Greenbush Brewing Co.

Four Winds Casino is only a few minutes away, and it's a quick drive to the Warren Dunes and/or Michigan City Prime Outlets. The University of Notre Dame is a quick 40 min drive and Chicago is a little over an hour drive or train ride.
