Luxury vacation cottage - walk to downtown New Buffalo, beach, and heated pool!

Welcome to our vacation home! Newly built in December 2019, Riverview Cottage is located in the heart of downtown New Buffalo in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Our house is on a deadend street overlooking the Galien River marsh with great sunset views. You can walk to everything - just a few blocks from restaurants (Stray Dog, Redamaks, etc), the local grocery store, shops, and public beach. Close to the casino, wineries, and breweries of Harbor Country. Spend the day at the beach or hang out at our private heated association pool just steps from the house. This house is beautifully decorated and designed for large group vacations. Our house has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 12 comfortably, a living room with large TV and gas fireplace, a fun and relaxing basement which includes a large TV, card table, and gorgeous custom wet bar. Relax with a cocktail on the covered front porch or chill out with a book on the enclosed back patio. Our backyard includes an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. Everything you would need to build wonderful memories with friends and family!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If used, clean and cover the grill. Cover the firepit. Make sure outside patio lights are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Owner-specific rental agreement must be signed prior to reservation stay. This will be sent once we accept the reservation.
If the cleaning service finds the house in an unacceptable condition of cleanliness, we may charge extra for cleaning.

Perfect spot for a group with kids

The kids loved the pool and the easy scooter ride to the beach. Parents were able to enjoy time walking thru the little town, eating and drinking at local spots and it was so easy to spend hours at the beach with the whole crew.
