This house was in an excellent location, very close to both Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches and the National Seashore Visitors Center. The house was comfortable and clean and in a nice neighborhood, too. Communication was efficient and professional. However, because there are just window ACs and it was hot, we needed to open the windows for some cooler air. The windows that we could open had many dead bugs in them and some windows had no screens so we couldn't open them. Some suggestions- fans for the living room and kitchen area, especially if all windows can't be used; may for inside the kitchen door; another light in the living room and downstairs bedroom; and, another chair or small couch in LR so people can spread out and get comfy. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing this lovely home and for allowing my dog to stay as well. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless upon our arrival. We enjoyed staying on this quiet, private property. The bed in the main floor bedroom was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced on the Cape!

Great long weekend getaway

Minutes to Nauset Light Beach, which always gets filled up. Impeccably clean and well appointed house that had everything we needed for the weekend. Looking to book more with Del Mar on the cape!

Wonderful House and Great Location

We came to Cape Cod for Rosh Hashanah with our family, and this house served all our needs - including the dog! It was clean, comfortable, and Del Mar gave us the excellent service that we've come to expect. Thank you!

The neighborhood was quiet and the location suited our needs. The house was clean and the beds/linens were comfortable. Air conditioning was provided by window units in the bedrooms. Cons: A thick layer of dirt (including dead bugs) was present between the windows and the screens . Not all windows had screens which made it difficult to get any cross ventilation in the house and reduce dependence on the bedroom a/c units.The kitchen needed more cutlery ( there were 2 teaspoons and 4 soup spoons for our party of 5 adults). The primary bedroom had only one bedside lamp next to the king bed. The living room had a sofa and only a single armchair for our party of five adults. The management company responded promptly to a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, the first floor smoke alarm started blaring at 3:00 AM towards the end of our stay. We were able to remove it , press the re-set button and blow the dust out of it. Management responded to this as well ( by email ). The house would benefit from the addition of a couple of box fans as no ceiling fans are present.
