Local muito bem cuidado. Condomínio muito organizado, seguro e lindo, porém a casa é um pouco antiga, porém funcional.Uma dica pra fazer os passeios ou progamas nas cidades próximas é, aluguem um carro ou vão de uber porque os mercados ficam um pouco longe.

Excelente opção de estadia em um local paradisíaco

A casa é bem localizada, com fácil acesso à praia. A área externa é muito boa e ampla: piscina de bom tamanho, um espaço coberto, mas aberto, com sofá, poltronas e redes, churrasqueira e até uma quadra de peteca, que foi bastante usada por minha família. Os quartos possuem ar condicionado, importante em Guarajuba. O condomínio é bem organizado, estruturado e seguro. Nas proximidades há restaurantes e supermercados, atendendo a diferentes gostos. Além da praia e da área externa da casa, há também quadras no condomínio, ampliando as opções de lazer. Por último, a proprietária Raquel e seu encarregado, Admilson, são muito comunicativos e solícitos. Deixo aqui meus parabéns e agradecimento a eles. Um possível retorno em 2023 já está em discussão e com certeza procuraremos ficar na mesma casa.

Primeiramente quero elogiar toda prontidão da proprietária, com informações antes da estadia. A casa fica em perfeita localização, um dos condomínios mais bonitos de Guarajuba. A casa conta com um excelente espaço para recriação, convivência. Piscina em ótimas condições e sempre limpa. Tudo na casa funciona perfeitamente. Para falar a verdade surpreende as expectativas.
