This spacious property has arguably the best ground floor views in Torquay. Newly renovated apartment which sleeps 4 adults has a fabulous sea view, its own lounge, kitchenette and 55 cm TV along with two bedrooms (one with a fabulous sea view). Walk to beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a huge playground. This property is opposite the sailing club, which provides a colorful array of passing yachts in the summertime, and is at the gateway to the famous Great Ocean Road and near surf beaches. Amazing location!

We frequent Torquay every couple of months.. our first time at this property and it was really lovely to be so close to the ocean and be walking distance to everything. Will definitely be back!

Great Location

The house was what we expected however we were disappointed with the sheets on the bed and there were only two towels until we found another in the laundry. However the location opposite the ocean was superb.

What a Gem

Our trip was most enjoyable the property did not disappoint. The view and proximity to the beach was great. The property was clean and catered for all our small family needed. The communication from the host was excellent. Would highly recommend a stay at this property and would 100% book again.

The perfect departure point for the great ocean road.

Great value, exceptional communication from the host with a huge amount of information provided about restaurants, coffee shops, touring options. Lovely view with super easy access to the beach across the road. It worked perfectly as our launch point to explore the Bellarine Pensinsula then set off down the Great Ocean road. Large enough to provide privacy for multiple adult guests yet also a perfect cosy family space for combined evening activities. Highly recommended.

Great view...but

Whilst the description of the property is accurate, it lacks some details, which needs noting.1/ access is not ideal as you need to step over and through the front garden beb, it's rough and not adequate for everyone.2/ no air conditioning or fans, not extraction fan in the bathroom, no extraction fan for the cooking area 3/ no where to put your toiletries in the shower, only the floor 4/ the front lounge area only has drapes, no block out blind, people can see in if the light is on, not ideal

Why they chose this property

Ideal for families who want to step across the road and straight onto the beach or like to wander for miles on the sand along the surfcoast, or to cafes and restaurants and shopping areas without needing a car. This is one of two fully separate apartments within a house which can be booked together for families travelling with other families. All downstairs and much of upstairs are newly renovated.
