Perfect summerhouse with great location

This summerhouse in Necujam is really something extraordinary - clean, practical, perfect location and a stunning view of the ocean. The host was super friendly and helpful and made the experience really smooth. The pool was perfect in size, next to the large terrass with both shadow and sun. Big fireplace for barbeques. The house is a 10 min walk from bakery, small supermarket and the big beach with restaurants and icecream shop. Really recommend taking a swim from the cliffs in the ocean just a short walk down the stairs from the house.

the must-see of your trip to Solta

You want to dream. You want to get up in the morning, go out on the balcony of your room and watch the transparent water of the bay for minutes on end... You want to go downstairs and have your breakfast in front of a swimming pool that is just waiting for you :) . Then this location is for you. Add A perfect welcome, an available and discreet host... Then add the fact that in this house, there is absolutely nothing missing to make your stay pleasant... The perfect location... Quiet for your own time but not far from the activities of Necujam... A 10min walk along the sea. Finally... Do not hesitate... And thank you for your hospitality.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist perfekt: sehr schön, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Antonija ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Für uns war die Umgebung nicht so schön: es gibt zwar direkt unter dem Haus einen Meerzugang aber es ist eben kein schöner Strand. Zudem ist der Ort Necujam sehr verschlafen. Als wir da waren gab es mur zwei Restaurants: eines nur wenige Häuser entfernt vom Haus: dort ist es ok aber wirklich vollkommen überteuert (etwa doppelt so teuer wie für das gleiche Essen in Split). Dann gibt es eines im ‚Dorf‘ billig und schlecht. Also: das Haus und die Gastgeberin - perfekt! Die Insel naja…

Tolle Unterkunft in einmaliger Lage

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig und schön in einer Bucht gelegen. Man hat die Wahl in den Pool zu springen oder die wenigen Meter ins Meer hinunter zu gehen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche bietet alle Utensilien, die für einen längeren Aufenthalt wichtig sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Danke nochmal auch hier für die vielen Tipps und die Unterstützung!

Beautiful villa with swimming pool

The villa is equipped with every comfort. It is also in a great quiet location directly on Necujam bay. The owner Antonjia is very kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. If we return to Solta we will definitely return here to villa Necujam.
