About this property

Come enjoy this amazing two-bedroom condo at Maisons Sur Mer. This 11th floor condo features two large balconies perfect for you to read and relax while enjoying your favorite beverage and/or meal. This condo is professionally decorated and truly breathtaking. Interior features include a large living room with flat screen TVs, 2 bedrooms with a king and two queen beds. Imagine relaxing in the master bed with dual operating controls to adjust head and foot areas listening to the sound of the ocean. Full size washer/ dryer is also a plus. You will not be disappointed with the fabulous condo, with multiple sand/beach items provided for your enjoyment. Guests enjoy a relaxing, uncrowded atmosphere that is perfect for family vacations, you will return many times making memories for years to come.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo as well as outdoor pool and fitness center.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

-No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.

Great ocean front condo

This condo was awesome!! It’s beautifully decorated and has a very open floor plan. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the whole place has a very modern vibe. The couches are also so comfortable! We loved having an ocean view every morning and it was so easy to just walk down to the beach. Only took stars off because the checkin process is not very smooth. You have to drive offsite and then when you get the key, you have to register with security at the front desk a the building. The security guard lost all of my paperwork so when the rest of our group arrived, they were not allowed in until I redid the registration again. Security is not friendly and not helpful. Finally, we had a party of 4 adults and were only given one key fob to use to access the building. Extremely extremely inconvenient as you need the card to enter/exit the beach and the building. If you have 4 adults in your party, you should receive 4 fobs.

Love This Place!

This was our second year in a row staying in this unit. It is a very nice unit with a lot of luxury features. The kitchen is fully stocked and the washer and dryer in unit was so nice to have. We had a little maintenance issue during our stay but was promptly fixed. Office staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this unit.

Loved it here!

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed. Really enjoyed the location and amenities. Only downer was having only 2 physical key and fob...couldn't use code for entrance and with only one set, the family couldn't split up for activities or we'd get locked out. View was tremendous and everything was laid out very nice.

Beautiful property

The unit was beautifully decorated. Bring your own kitchen, bath, and paper products because nothing was provided except bath towels and linens. Balcony needs cleaning but the views are gorgeous:

Last of summer in October.

The property was better than expected with incredible views of the ocean from every room in the property. Plenty of amenities to eat in or lots of options near by to dine out. My only complaint would be the beds in both bedrooms. I’m not a fan of firm beds and the master bed was way to firm for us (we went out and bought a topper for the remainder of the week). The 2nd bedroom beds were lumpy and just uncomfortable. If they were replaced I would certainly stay again. Big fan of the location as well.
