Orlando Area 4 BR/3 BA Villa - Pool, Spa, Game Room, Wi-Fi, Gated Community

Our villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1700 square foot, pet free home, in a quiet gated community located in a country setting and enjoy a hotel license for a maximum of eight guest and is set up to accommodate stays of five nights or more.

The Villa has king beds in both master bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, separated by a full bath. The villa is only 12 miles from the Walt Disney exit on Rt 192.

Our rate is ALL inclusive, other than a modest cleaning fee, which will allow you to have unlimited use of the pool heat, and setting the house temperature to your liking.

The villa has a Reme Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Ultraviolet Cell light purifier installed in the AC air exchanger. The 2020 upgrade was designed to help remove Viruses, Mold, Bacteria, Vocs etc. and is capable of purifying the air as it passes through the central air conditioning system.

The Villa has high speed Wi-Fi throughout as well as pool-side and in the game room. The villa also has ambient Solar Sun Tunnel ceiling lighting in both the kitchen and living room. We have also added Roku's to all TV's so you can stream your favorite shows after a busy day.

Check-in is seamless as you don't need to connect with anyone. All that is waiting to meet you, is a door programmed with your personal security code.

We do maintain a non-smoking residence and restrict pets so that all can enjoy the Villa. Violation of pet policy or non-smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the short term lease and forfeiture of the $200 security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only.

The Villa has a large screened in lanai with a 15 X 30 pool that runs from 3 ft -6 ft plus a spa and comfy pool furniture. Area around the pool is landscaped with palm trees and flowers. The Pool/ Spa has underwater lights for evening swims. We take security very seriously so the pool is surrounded by fencing as well as a security alarm on the sliding door to alert of anyone exiting the house to the pool area.
Note: In the winter months, it can be quite cold in Florida still, so the pool/spa may not fully heat to the desired temperature or take a little longer. Please keep this in mind if you are choosing our Villa during the winter months and are expecting to swim.

We also have a private gas grille area just outside the pool cage on the left.

The garage has been decorated for a game room with regulation size pool table, 6 foot air hockey table, chairs and ceiling fan.

Villa extra's includes: strollers, a baby high chair, pack and play, baby walker plus hair dryers and an iron/iron board.

Mission Park is a gated community in a country setting, built to accommodate both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term rentals for vacationers like you. Mission Park has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog.
