If you are looking for that perfect home for your getaway vacation, then this is the place for you. It is located in St.Helen, Michigan on a one acre fenced back yard. There is a lake nearby for boating, skiing, swimming or just relaxing in the summer with a picnic area and playground. RV trails and great golf courses are close by as well. In the winter months there are snowmobile trails and ice fishing to fill your time. The house has a one car heated garage with paved driveway. Inside is carpeting with wood kitchen floors. There are 2 queen beds and a double bed located in the 2 bedrooms. There is also room for air mattresses for more sleeping options. Each bedroom has its own window air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer months. This is the perfect place and priced just for you. Rent by day, week, or month. No more than six adults please. Rental is $100 day, $650 for the week, or $2700 per month. WiFi and cable are included in the price. Look no more, this is the place for you! DO NOT BOOK

Stay away! Host was dishonest and non-communicative, there are people living at this rental. When VRBO was contacted, they did help with getting secondary accommodations, pretty much leave you high and dry.

No place to stay

It was terrible, we got to the house on our first day to find out that the house had been sold in 2004 and there was a family living there. It seems that we weren't the first either. On memorial day weekend two different men showed up that had rented this house also. You need to make sure these houses are available to rent out. We've had good luck with VRBO until now

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU RENT!!! This home is occupied by a family that bought it 3 years ago. It is not available. My family and I drove all the way out to find out it was. It available and VRBO rented it out illegally to other families as well. We were the 5 th family to come knocking on there door. I made a police report and am fighting to get my whole refund back. And I was not able to contact VRBO on the weekend. So we had no were to go. Do not try and rent this home. If you do I promise you will knock on the door and a sweet family will answer telling you all about how they have fought with VRBO to take it out there site and you still won’t have a place to take your family. Great Stay!

Nice property close to the lake, clean and well appointed. Easy and relaxed check-in/out, very timely and helpful communication from the owner when we had a quick question. Our dog enjoyed the fenced-in yard and our 11-month old loved the available toys! We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Great location to trails

This is our second time staying at this location to ride side-by-side’s. The house is spacious, close to town and trails and has a convenient mud room off the garage with a washer & dryer.

Large house, great location

The house is not far from the beach of Lake St. Helen and very close to trail riding-which is why we were there. The house was surprisingly larger than expected and we loved having access to the attached garage to park or RZR's in overnight.

Perfect Fit

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were up to visit our family. My wife and 2 daughters found this to be a perfect fit for us. It was really close to the St. Helen boat launch and close to the main street. It had everything we needed.
