Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-bath home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large enclosed patio and a charcoal grill. Please email us if you have any questions about our listing. Beautiful home and would recommend!

This is a beautiful home! Only my hubby and I stayed overnight but it the perfect layout as other family joined us during the day for holiday activities (baking, games/puzzles, cookie decorating, etc). My overall 4 star rating is due to several individual items needing attention/repair.

Comfortable house in a good area

We stayed for a few days at the end of our east coast trip and it was perfect for us. 5 adults and 1 baby; had plenty of room. Parking is a bit odd when there’s people staying at the other homes but it worked just fine. Would definitely stay again.

Family Wedding

Terry and Brenda, are retired but still sell real-estate. Terry still builds a house or two a year. Brenda is an artist and writer and enjoys backpacking, tennis and gardening. Terry likes to boat, fish and they both enjoy traveling. We love meeting people.

This home is near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, activity parks for children, parks, is close to town, and a few minutes from the interstate. Several golf courses are within minutes. This property can be joined with the one next door via a dining area
