Bonnet Creek is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort that is inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. It is on the same road as Disney Springs and the Caribbean Beach Resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped with lots of fun things to do. It has 6 pools, 2 lazy rivers, 2 water slides, ping pong, 18 hole mini golf, shuffleboard, corn hole, a playground, life size chess board, and supervised activities for kids. The units are spacious with full kitchens, laundry, full baths, living/dining spaces, and patios or balconies. It is a spacious apartment.

3. Due to Wyndham's policy changes, we will not put your name on the reservation until 1 - 2 weeks before check in. The reservation will remain in the owner's name until that time. You can request the owner's name and confirmation number to validate the reservation.

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. It has a king bed in the master bedroom with a private en suite bath, 2 double (full) beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The maximum occupancy is 8.


BABY NEEDS: There are pak-n-plays and high chairs available at no charge. These cannot be reserved in advance. You just ask when you check in.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee directly from me. Cancellation insurance may be purchased for $150 per 14 day segment up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in.

Wyndham uses a point system. No one owns a specific unit and thus cannot guarantee a specific location or view. The resort no longer takes requests in advance. You can make a request at check in. *********

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

INSIDE DISNEY: Disney World is over 30,000 acres. Bonnet Creek is within those 30,000 acres, close to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. It is less than a mile to Epcot, but you cannot walk anywhere. There are no sidewalks and it is a busy, 6 lane highway.

RENTAL CAR: Disney is 20 miles from the airport and will cost between $50 and $90 in cab fare just getting to and from with no stops at grocery stores. There are livery services that will make one 30 minute stop at a grocery store. Check out kayak or hotwire web sites for rates on cars and airfare.

RESTAURANTS: 3 outdoor restaurants, 2 full service indoor restaurants, 1 snack bar, 1 small store.

DISNEY PERKS: Bonnet Creek is not owned by Disney, it is owned by Wyndham. Not eligible for Disney perks or meal plan.

DISCOUNTED TICKETS: There really are no discounted Disney tickets;

RESORT AMENITIES: 6 Pools, 2 lazy rivers, pirate ship water slide, playground, beach volleyball, mini golf, game room with billiards, video arcade - ALL FREE !

UNIT AMENITIES: 2 Bedroom Deluxe: Each unit has full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer and balcony. TV in living room and all bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. 2nd bedroom has two double (not twin) beds and second bath.
