Excellent location

All you need the apartment has. It was super clean and organized. The owner was very prompt for any inquiry and the location is perfect. The only thing is, if you have kids don’t rent this apartment. The neighbors weren’t friendly. Is definitely a not kids friendly building. The view to pedra da Gavea is amazing!

Great Property in a Great Location

The property is much better than what the pictures could tell. It is located two blocks away from the beach and 100 yds away from a street with different restaurant, bars and other services. we didn't rent a car, and we ddin't need it. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. We are planning come back!
