Great family stay

This was a great condo to accommodate our family for a week at the beach. It had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The location was convenient and the pools, lazy river, & hot tub were all clean and well maintained. The beach access was very conveniently located and in good condition.

Great Stay

Had an amazing time on this beach trip, the rental was super clean, perfectly located and well equipped! The kids loved the pools/lazy River at the property as well, we would love to stay here again!

Perfect place to stay

We would love to return! Great place for family! Nice facility. Be sure to bring your own TP, PT, detergent, sponges, hair dryer, cleaners, trash bags, pantry items, sugar, salt, non stick spray, foil, baggies, and beach chairs.

Such a wonderful property! Super clean, spacious, and well kept! Love all of the amenities and the location! The rooms are very spacious, kitchen is well stocked. Property is great and very easy to get in and out of! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to return in the future!

Family vacation

This place is perfect, so close to everything, love the pool and lazy river, quick walk to the beach. My son loved we were close enough to walk to go parasailing. This place was super clean. The shower has incredible water pressure and gets nice and hot. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to others.

Very nice

Everything was as expected and we enjoyed our 5 nights. Just remember to bring your own paper products and garbage bags as only one was provided of each. I would stay there again.

Great time

The unit is spacious and very well located to all activities in the Myrtle Beach area - great pool, hot tubs and lazy river- well maintained - a small problem was immediately rectified - only recommendation would be to sharpen the large kitchen knives - definitely a great place to stay - you won’t be disappointed

Great clean home

Family vacation in a place that felt just like home. Very clean and comfortable..the onpy issue was the internet went out and we were unable to get a response from brends to fix it. Overall it was awesome.

Owner very responsive

Ice maker wasn't working but owner was great and delivered ice to us. Also provided oven mitts which were not in condo upon request. Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo for family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Great location. Owner provided prompt and detailed information. Check in was relatively easy but took a while to figure out the key was in a lockbox actually on the bike rack. We were able to manage but with the number of bikes and lock boxes with faint numbers it may be difficult for someone to access/find.

Clean and Beautiful! When we walked in the first impression was how clean the condo was. Easy entrance and exit each day open area at entry door. All items needed for a stay were there... Dishes, cooking utensils, towels. The ocean view was perfect! The only thing that happened on the "negative" side was the cable box in the master bedroom went out on Wednesday. It remained out for the week. We had two other rooms in which to watch TV but it was a problem.

Nice condo as described

We rented this condo. It was clean and as described. Unfortunately we rented it a week a tropical storm came in so barely saw the beach. My only complaint was the HOA shut down the indoor and outdoor pools for 5 days! I understand the outdoor pools being closed during the main part of the storm (3 days). But don’t get why the indoor pools closed! No other condos on the beach were closing indoor pools and most only had outdoor pools closed 3 days. It ruined our vacation. Realize this wasn’t the owners fault but need it to factor this into your decision when renting.

Family Vacation

Overall the condo was very clean and access to the beach was great. The only issue we had was that we were not given notice of the pool and lazy river being closed. Speaking to maintenance, it was found that there were issues since the spring. With kids, it was one of the reasons we chose this place. At one point we also did not have running water in the showers during the afternoon (with no notice). Communication between the building and owners/renters should be improved.

Needs attention

Some light bulbs were blown or missing. TV remote battery was corroded. Despite communication with property manager prior to arrival to ensure kitchen was adequately stocked for a 2 month visit, it was not. There was no bakeware except a rusty muffin pan and 8”round cake tin. No large frying pan, no kitchen scissors, no wooden spoon, no pot holders, no serving dishes. The silverware was limited and so cheap it bent when used. I reached out to the manager and ask her to come to the unit so I could show her the issues, which she declined. She did provided a few items I requested, but they were very poor quality. Fortunately we knew many owners living in the building and between them, they lent us silverware, saucepans, baking sheets, frying pan and smart TV. We will return to this building, but we will not return to this unit

Memorial Day Getaway

My boyfriend and I were looking to stay in the same area that his family owns a beach condo so we could spend the holiday weekend with them. The condo was clean and check in was seamless. We never needed to contact Barbara because we had detailed information sheets sent to us before our trip. The balcony was especially wonderful to sit on in the mornings and evenings with an ocean view. I would definitely spend another vacation at Barbara's place!
