5th floor apartment with balcony

Our apartment is ideally located in the vibrant neighborhood of Exarcheia on the 5th floor. A big veranda with a lovely view of the city will become your favorite spot in the apartment. The apartment is in between the artistic neighborhood of Exarcheia and the elegant neighborhood of Kolonaki. Lycabettus hill is about 10 minutes away on foot with a magnificent view of Athens and Piraeus. You have easy access to public transportation (buses, trolley buses, metro and train) but all major sights are within walking distance. The apartment is as minimal as possible but has all necessary amenities for a shorter or longer stay.
This part of the neighborhood combines tranquility and centrality. We would love to host young energetic travelers.
The apartment has two bedrooms next to each other, both with a double bed and access to the balcony. The smaller bedroom has a desk for those who have to work.
The sitting area and the kitchen share the same space with a big window that always fills the space with light. The couch in the living room opens and turns into a single bed. We have a dining table which comfortably sits 4 guests. The sink, the cupboards and the fridge are in a separate room next to bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. The veranda has some outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your morning coffee under the sun. Lastly, the apartment has one closet to store your clothes and personal belongings which is located in the sitting area but also has a clothes rack which can move from bedroom to bedroom.
