Each of the four bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind.

The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. On the second floor, you'll find two additional rooms - the primary bedroom with a queen bed and a loft-style bedroom with two twin beds. The loft area is a great second living space for the kids or a quiet space for remote working. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, while the second floor offers a tub. However, the best place to clean up is the outdoor shower, especially during the warmer months (seasonal).

The recently updated, fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, oven, and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, utensils, and spices for your use during your stay. You can enjoy a morning walk to the beach while sipping a cup of coffee from either the drip or single-serve Keurig machine. For those who love grilling, a propane BBQ and table set for grilling can be found on the deck. The dining table in the kitchen seats six, or you can choose to dine outdoors on the deck.

Indoors, you'll find a comfortable living room with a fireplace for cozy evenings during the shoulder seasons. The home is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. A smart TV is available for your entertainment, with access to all your favorite streaming apps. We also provide board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment when you're not at the beach.

Outside, Pleasant Chatham Cape sits on a large lot with a fully fenced-in backyard. The front yard offers space to relax on Adirondack chairs with a good book. The back deck provides ample seating for dining, and you'll have access to the outdoor shower, a must-have for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The fire pit is perfect for keeping warm and enjoying the starry nights or treating the kids (or adults) to some s'mores. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee in or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down.

We provide many household staples to get you started – Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, etc. You'll find many amenities to enhance your stay, including four bikes for exploring the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail. This trail spans 25 miles and takes you through six charming Cape Cod towns. Along the way, you can visit state and national parks at your leisure.

As is common on Cape Cod, guests are responsible for providing their own linens, including sheets and towels. Pillows, blankets and covers are provided for guest use. We also partner with Chatham Concierge for linen services. They can deliver linens to the property on your arrival date and pick them up on your departure date. The cost for linen rentals ranges from $390 to $504 (for 6 guests), depending on your needs and planned occupancy.

The family dog is welcome for an additional fee. We kindly ask that guests treat the property as their own home and pick up after their pets. Additionally, please keep pets off the furniture unless covered. We have pet covers for couches and beds that you are welcome to use or bring your own.
