This villa is a furnished T8 with 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 70 m² living room with lounge, living room, WIFI, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 air-conditioned mezzanine, separate WC, 4 bathrooms with WC, 2 large terraces, garden furniture, infinity pool with view of the Diamond Rock, sun loungers, stone barbecue overlooking the sea, private parking, sofa bed (with 2 extra beds), household appliances, 2 TV sets, free Wi-Fi, etc. ..
Comfortably installed, you will appreciate the subtle blend combining refined design and Creole style with its exposed framework.

The luxury and calm of this magnificent villa built on two levels, has been designed for your greatest comfort.

To enjoy this exceptional panorama, there's nothing like a barbecue around the private 36 m² salt-water infinity pool, facing the diamond rock from where you can see the neighboring English-speaking island of Sainte on the horizon. Lucy.

From the 100 m² living room, with its fully equipped American kitchen, you will be enchanted by this view of the deep blue and to perfect your well-being, there is added to this idyllic and intimate setting a large shaded terrace punctuated with a deck and a pergolas.
Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with mezzanine) with private bathroom, walk-in shower and WC.

For large families, the villa COEUR DE DIAMS offers an outbuilding on the ground floor, with an open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. . (sofa convertible into a bed in the living room).

4 bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 bedding, and the 5th with 2 90x190 beds. This villa is ideal for group or family vacations (from 6 to 14 people).

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la villa de Jean-Michel. Très réactif dans les échanges avant notre arrivée ainsi que pendant tout notre séjour. Ketty nous a super bien accueilli et elle a toujours été très disponible et professionnelle. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Beautiful, accommodating, breathtaking views

The view from the property was absolutely stunning and the house itself was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The owner of the property, Jean-Michel, was so incredibly accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity
