Rental includes all appliances, 3 smart tv's, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofa with queen sleeper, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. There is a covered back patio and deck with a grill. Located near restaurants, parks, entertainment, and easy access to 285. Go Braves!!!!

Couldn’t be any happier with our accommodations for the week. Bobby was great with communication and we found most everything we needed.We will definitely stay again if available when returning to the area. Great spot for the dogs in the backyard. They are tiny so it was perfect for them.Also, if you like birding, there’s a bonus in the backyard. They are plentiful in the habitat behind the townhouse. The location is so convenient to Truist Park and The Battery. We didn’t walk because we had a really rainy week, but it’s walkable. If you aren’t walking, it’s an 8 Uber ride plus tip.
