The townhome is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping malls. - Please note, this townhome is for overnight stays only and cannot be used for events or large gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy.



- This spacious 2263 sq. ft. townhome has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool with a removable mesh fence.

- BBQ grill rental available (no propane) for an extra fee, requested 48 hours before arrival.

- Pool heating is available for an extra fee from November to April.

- 24/7 gated community security.

- We provide essentials like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries upon arrival; these are not replenished. Please purchase what you need at the nearby supermarket.

- A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.

- Security Deposit: A temporary hold may be placed before arrival (not applicable for ABB) and will be released after your stay, provided no damages occur.

- Early Check-in: Available upon request for an additional fee.



House Rules:

- The main guest must be 21+ to book.

- No smoking or drugs on the property ($300 penalty for violations).

- No parties, events, or loud music after 10 pm.

- Only registered guests allowed, no tents or structures.

- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning fees.

- Government ID may be required at check-in.

- Please avoid moving furniture, and if you do, return it to its original place.

- This is a pet-friendly property, subject to a $290 fee per pet (max 2 pets, $580 total).
