Hey Latorya, Thank you kindly for your 5 star review of our home! We're sorry that you had a problem with pests. Being in a sub tropical climate with a diverse eco system of critters, we know the importance of good pest control. We have a monthly pest control service that takes care of this issue, however, once in a while a past guest will leave a door or window open that tracks in these little guys. Due to your feed back, we went ahead and made sure to send a pest control professional to the unit to ensure this will not be a problem in future. We take pride in caring for our managed units and creating a comfortable and satisfactory home for all of our guests. We welcome you to come back again soon and hope you will give us a chance to provide you with a satisfactory stay :)

As you can see by the many 5 star reviews we receive, this is not a normal occurrence for us. However, we have reached out to higher management it resolve all the issues you mentioned so that it does not happen again.

While we strive for perfection, if any of our guests happen to require assistance during their stay, we do have a service and check-in desk, located at the Club House, who are only a call away. We have addressed the issue and made sure our maintenance team is taking extra attention to detail. We have also met with our inspection team so that this will not be missed in the future.
