The Sleeping Quarters:

Every bedroom is designed for maximum restorative sleep with high-end mattresses and ceiling fans to catch the ocean breeze.

Primary Master Suite: Features a new King-sized bed, 50" flatscreen TV, built-in surround sound, and a private spa-like bathroom with heated floors.

Secondary Master Suite: Includes a new Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Comfortable Queen bed with coastal decor.

Bedroom 4: Comfortable Queen bed with plenty of natural light.

Bedroom 5: Perfect for kids or extra guests with a Double-over-Double Bunk Beds.

Bonus Sleep Space: A brand new, premium Queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the secondary living area.

The Grill: A professional-grade Weber gas grill for the perfect beach cookout.

Outdoor Shower: A fully enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Parking: Rare for the area! We have a 2-car garage plus driveway parking for 4-5 additional cars (7 cars total).

Boating & Water Sports:

Want to experience the Delaware shore from the water?

Boat Rental: We offer a 21ft Wellcraft Sportsman Dual Console (200HP Yamaha engine) for rent during your stay.

Bring Your Own: If you are a boat owner, you are welcome to tie up your vessel beside our lift.

Important Things to Note:

Summer Schedule: From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we generally only accept weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday

Linens & Towels: Please note that linens and towels are not included in the rental. Most guests prefer to bring their own, but if you would like to rent them, we can refer you to a local agency that provides them at a reasonable cost.

Timing: Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Excellent Stay!

This is the second time we rented this property. It is a short walk to the beach, great location for dining and night life, beautiful views of the canal, and comfort.

Great spot for a group!

We had four couples and a baby stay for a late season beach holiday and had a perfect stay! The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and it was an easy short walk to the beach. It was a small drive to groceries, restaurants, so we mostly stayed around the house. Would recommend and we hope to stay again!

Amazing house and host!

This house was amazing and perfect for our family! Communication was great with our host, and they were very accommodating. The house was well taken care of and clean! Great size and plenty of rooms to make it comfortable for the adults, teens, and kids! It’s an easy walk across the street to the beach, and very short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We were all able to relax and after spending the day at the beach with lots of areas to sit outside and inside. The beds were really comfortable. Having the beer fridge and ice maker made life easy for us! Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect location for a peaceful beach getaway

The house was beautiful and everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space for six adults and four kids. The house was a short easy walk to a beautiful beach and the downtown area was a quick drive. They had lots of beach gear there to use including a beach caddy which was SO helpful. Everyone in the neighborhood was super nice and made you feel at home. The only thing I would suggest is to bring some temporary blackout shades if you don't want to wake up at the crack of dawn.

Family Reunion

I was very pleased that Emma had purchased bunk beds for our different gendered teenage grandchildren. The location was ideal. Not a bad walk to the beach even with a 16 month old. We were surprised though at the level of cleanliness. For example, there was quite a bit of visible pet hair throughout the house considering it was not a pet friendly listing.

Amazing beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The house was exactly as described and pictured, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with supplies which made cooking rather than ordering out very convenient! The decks and patio were perfect for sitting in the evenings. The beach was a very short walk away, easy enough even with two babies and a toddler. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and communicate with- they quickly responded to our questions. I’ve stayed in several locations in Bethany Beach and this house by far is my favorite! We can’t wait to book again!

South Bethany getaway

This was a gorgeous house, definitely more so than was captured in the listing photos. The location was super convenient to the beach (an easy walk), and the setting on the canal, with kayaks available, was lovely. The house was clean and beautifully furnished, and has a great outdoor shower. The kitchen was fantastic, as was the gas grill. The hammock on the second floor deck was a family favorite to read and catch a nap after a day on the beach. The hosts were super responsive to all of our questions and we had a super smooth trip all around. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect beach house

This is house is gorgeous - better than we had imagined. It is super spacious, nicely furnished, and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation rental home. If we return, we would definitely stay here again. The owners were wonderful to work with - very responsive, kind, and gracious. Thank you Emma and Ryan for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family and I had a wonderful week stay! The house is perfect for a big group. Plenty of bathrooms and space! The canal street was quiet and calm but close enough to things that we didn’t feel isolated. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, not bad at all! We just carried a bunch of games and coolers to the beach so we would sometimes have someone drop us by car. But still that process was super quick. The house is not too far from the town of Bethany. We even walked there one day (longer walk but we enjoyed it). Some family members joined a local tennis club and played tennis everyday which was nice! Ryan and Emma were so responsive and accommodating when I was trying to figure out my stay. When there was an issue or question, they responded so quickly. The garbage disposal stopped working and Ryan came over right away to fix it. Overall, it was a perfect stay for our family and I would definitely come again!

Just what we needed

My family stayed here for a week for some much needed downtime and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house, especially the deck looking out to the water. The house had everything we needed and the owner is extremely responsive.

Wonderful South Bethany House

Very nice house an easy three block walk to beach. Enjoyed both decks and being on canal. Well furnished, just remodeled and well maintained house. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend this house.

This is nice property, clean, seemingly newly renovated with a nice outdoor shower (ideal for beach). Generous in allowing use of the kayaks located on-site. Only knock, in terms of accuracy of listing, was the offer to add the rental of power boat located on-site, which actually was the deciding factor between this house and another. When I inquired about the boat rental, it did not seem like it was actually something they wanted to offer. For the record, if I were the owner, I would probably not even offer it since once out of the S. Bethany canals the local waters of little Assawoman Bay are not easy to navigate without experience. Overall, it was a great week for me and my family and we would return in the future. Thanks.

A beautiful week!

The house is located on a canal, and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the early morning, drinking coffee while listening to the birds and see the occasional kaya row passed by. The children loved the beach! The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked, we grilled and we ate out in the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Three generations enjoyed a week of fun, under one roof in a beautiful house!

Our family enjoyed our stay in South Bethany. The house accommodated all 10 of us just fine. Loved the canal front location, and it was an easy walk to the beach especially with a beach parking pass. Also the owners were very responsive and courteous with our questions and minor problems.

Fun trip to the beach

My family and I had a great stay! The house was close to the beach, and it was an easy walk to the beach even for our young children. While the beach was busy, it certainly wasn't too crowded. We could get a great spot on the beach each day and didn't feel overwhelmed by too many people. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the view of the canal and using the kayaks. The house was very clean and had a nice, clean outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Our stay in Bethany Beach was extremely fun, and we are already wishing we were back at the beach.

Loved Everything About this House!!!

The house is beautiful inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood. It's in a great location, 5 min walk to beach or just hop on the kayaks in the canal. Lots of places to eat-out or take-in. Our group ranged in age from 79 to 11 and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space for 10 people. The owners were very accommodating.
