Hi, nice stay in house. However, when listing read fully stocked kitchen I assumed there would be a standard size oven. I missed the Pic where there was no oven. Unfortunately we brought food that would not fit in tiny counter oven so ended up eating out. Perhaps listing should be updated stating no std oven. Otherwise, location and house were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

Birthday ski week!

Leadville is the perfect spot to base out of for a great ski week and this property is the perfect place to stay! Walk downtown each night for some local food and drinks. Will definitely stay again!

Welcome book says to take off shoes, no parties, etc., that should all be in the Vrbo house rules. The welcome book is in pretty shabby shape and doesn’t contain the Wi-Fi information and Wi-Fi password.The scariest thing was a fishing hook on the carpet when we were walking around without our shoes on. This is a SAFETY concern.Steps going upstairs are VERY steep & actually were scary for us. We moved a nightlight to the top of the stairs in case someone is trying to navigate at night.Remote control for the TV had low batteries so we had to get batteries delivered however they sent a gentleman here to deliver them and we had no idea he was coming. We put the extra batteries in where the silverware is.Light inside the refrigerator is burnt out. It was on when we got here and it’s no longer working. The light on the microwave is also not working - not a big deal.One of the remotes to the heater on the wall in the bedroom does not seem to work. Also would be nice to have some kind of instructions for those heaters.In the closet in one of the bedrooms, there was a fan that we tried to use & it made horrible sound & really didn’t work.A microwave cover would be helpful. A couple of throws would be nice.The uneven floor between living & dining room needs something done - we constantly tripped on it. We felt this was a safety concern.The bathroom rug looked pretty dirty.The positive was being close to town enough to walk everywhere. Recliners were great.

Awesome stay for the race!

Great accommodation for the race weekend with a location that can't be beat. Plenty of room to spread out and really felt like being at home. We will definitely be back!
