Incredible views from your private sunroom. Public access across the street so unimpeded views and launch your toys across the street. Private parking on property to accommodate boats or other toys. Full kitchen, queen bed, washer/dryer and full bathroom with a soaked tub. Semi private gorgeous backyard with grill access. We have 2 adult bikes, 2 kayaks and one stand up paddle board for guests. Air conditioning and very comfortable.
