This was the perfect spot for those spending time in downtown. Everything was a quick walk away. The apartment is close enough to everything but also in a spot that isn’t too hectic.Minor plumbing issue on the first night was fixed the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We enjoyed the location and the amenities that this condo has to offer. Would definitely stay there again. You can shop to you drop and restaurants galore.
The location was great to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and the place is exactly as it appears in the photos. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with a super accurate description. Awesome shared common area and outdoor fire pit area. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
My two sons and I stayed here for a few days during Christmas. It was in a great location, central to lots of fun places. It was nice that it came with a parking spot and roomy enough for us all to be comfortable! Full kitchen and washer/dryer.

The condo was great and very clean. The location was in walking distance to everything. Down loading the app to get in is a little confusing but one we worked out that everything went smoothly. We would stay there again.

This is a great location in Asheville. The condo was clean and ready on time when we arrived. The parking spot was great to not have to worry about parking the car during the day because Asheville is very walkable. Many great places to eat and drink within a short walk from the condo. We will recommend this spot for someone looking for a place in Asheville.
We visited Asheville for my birthday for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised with our condo! Location is amazing! We walked to downtown for shopping and dinner every night. The condo was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and overall gave us a cozy home away from home feel. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Great communication and very helpful instructions. Condo was clean and so cute! It was stocked with everything we could need!
Absolutely loved staying here! The property was clean and quiet, within 2-10 minute walking distance of all the main downtown attractions while not being directly in the hubbub. Peaceful little Triangle Park directly across the front with gorgeous mountain views behind, plus the interior was beautifully decorated as well. Parking and building access both super easy and convenient. Any questions or needs were addressed immediately. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend for your next Asheville visit!
Building and unit felt very clean and secure. Literally 1 block from downtown with coffee, great food, entertainment in walking distance. Uber to the Omni was $8 and about 8 minute ride. Really great spot to be close enough to the action, but far enough to sleep without disturbances. Property management company extremely responsive, reached out to add another person’s registration code to use the key app as they arrived separately, email was handled almost instantaneously. Make sure to try Curate, the Spanish tapas bar, we’re still drooling!
Location !! Location !!! The property is literally in the heart of downtown Asheville- steps away from all the activities. Beautiful property and condo. Only down side is the phone key access. It’s a pain to get it all activated and you get anxiety about it working every time. Wi-Fi access is not that great anywhere in Asheville FYI .
Unit was great. Super clean and quiet. Checkin instructions took three emails but once you have the app setup, it was easy and used for everything. Parking and access to the property was great.
Really the only thing of note was that you are on the first floor street side and although quiet was a little startling at times to have people right outside the bedroom window. Didn’t really feel that comfortable lounging on the balcony. But very handy grabbing your grub hub order!
This condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We (parents and two kids, 10 and 12) found the layout to be perfect for a weekend in Asheville. Our kids slept on the pull-out couch, which was comfortable and easy to configure. We didn't use much of the kitchen, though we did get takeout from Chai Pani (which was utterly amazing) and were happy with the available plates, utensils, etc. The small porch has a table and two chairs; it was the ideal spot for an afternoon beer while soaking up the sun. The directions from the property management company may feel intense when they land in your email, but we found it super easy to navigate the building and the parking situation once we read through the directions. All information from management was detailed and clear. Finally, the condo is in a wonderful location -- easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Overall, this was exactly as advertised and just what we'd hoped for.
Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, art museum, tours, etc. Clean, nice kitchen (we didn't use) beautiful, loved it. The response of mgmt was top notch. We had a problem w/ the door and they came in 15 min. One caveat: it's NOISY. The outdoor sounds (trucks, cars) are to be expected, but also the upstairs neighbors were playing hockey/moving furniture (that's what it sounded like). I knew when they were taking a shower next door. . .this won't bother everyone, just be aware. (We live in a house so not used to this.) The security measures were a little over the top for me, but again, probably perfect for someone else. Not a big deal, just be sure you have your phone at all times, needed to access the building.
My daughter and I had a wonderful week staying at this property!! Almost everything we needed in the kitchen, which was important to us because we have to make all of our food in house as we both have auto immune issues and can't eat at any restaurant. Sad I know. 😪 All the amazing restaurants Asheville had to offer and we had to just walk by. We brought kitchen items, some we had to use, and some were already there. The whole place was so clean and we really had no complaints about anything except for noise on the street which is to be expected when you're that close to the city. We brought our own little noisy fan for that purpose so we could sleep good. The only suggestions we have were to have some cotton weave blankets available because the comforters got really hot. Also to have two dark makeup cloth available in case there's more than one woman there.
This place is so darn adorable and we will definitely be coming back here if we visit Asheville again!
Highlights of our trip included a wonderful tea experience at High Climate tea... And we could eat their sesame seed mochi they had which was a win-win!! We went to Sunset mountain to watch the sunset one night and as we drove around one of the corners, a mama bear and two baby bears were right there!!!! Got some really cool video and pictures! Super glad we weren't hiking and saw them 😆 Another must see highlight was going to the Omni Park Inn to sit on the rockers out back and watch the sunset! AHmaZing!! We have some beautiful pictures of that plus the whole property! We also got some really good drinks and watched the sunset from the rooftop on Cappella on 9 another night. Their menu looked awesome too, we just couldn't order of course. We also spent about 4 hours in the River Arts District which was amazing! We also hiked. Had a restful fun week 😄
If you're coming to the Asheville area, I would highly suggest staying at this property and visiting these places plus the zillions of other places that you could just walk to around the city. We got coffee, tea, shopped at the different little shops, Just had a fabulous time in general! ☺️
This condo is nice and clean. The decor is soothing and place was cozy and warm. We had a terrific sleep in the king bed. My kids used the pull out couch and were comfortable. We walked to many activities downtown. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. Parking and entry are very convenient. Just be sure to follow the check in directions (including pressing the Bluetooth button to get in the front door). We felt totally safe in the condo and walking in the area. We would certainly stay here again.
The accommodations were great. Very secure building and parking. The location was fabulous for walking, convenient to most of our activities. The condo made our trip feel very relaxed and a wonderful time to unwind. Thanks, from G family!
We loved our stay at this property. It was conveniently located downtown within walking distance to several terrific restaurants, the Art Museum and many wonderful retail establishments. Off-street parking was convenient, and the building was quiet and secure. We were able to access the Hop-on, Hop-off trolley to get to the river arts district, the Biltmore and other attractions a bit farther out, and were able to jump onto the Blue Ridge Parkway within a few minutes to take advantage of nearby hiking trails and sites. The interior of the unit was fresh and funky and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing. Would come back in a heartbeat!
Perfect place for visiting downtown Asheville. Wishing reasonable walking distance to many sights and most downtown restaurants.
