Welcome to Orford — a spacious five-bedroom beach house just 500m from Sorrento’s main street and front beach.

With 11 beds across five bedrooms and no bunk beds, the house sleeps up to 12 guests. There are two bedrooms with ensuites, a central bathroom and a powder room, making the house particularly well suited to families and groups.

The renovated kitchen and large dining area, with seating for 12, are designed for entertaining and cooking together. There are multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Outside, enjoy the outdoor pool and heated spa, fire pit amongst the lemon trees, large outdoor dining area and plumbed-in BBQ. There’s also an in-ground trampoline and a combined pool/table tennis table for some extra entertainment.

The backyard is fully enclosed, making it a great space for children and, with pets welcome on request, for the whole family.

The house has central air conditioning and hydronic heating, as well as an indoor open fire for cooler evenings.

Sorrento’s main street, shops, cafes, restaurants, Hotel Sorrento and the front bay beach are all just a 500m stroll away.
