Thank you for reaching out Amy. My wife and I enjoyed being of service to you. I apologize to you for the trouble with the elevator. For those who are not aware, we had a hurricane in July, which is quite rare, normally it is October that hurricanes are an issue. Water and elevators is not a good mix. We struggled for a while keeping them running. Thankfully this is no longer an issue. I also would like to just say a "thank you" to Amy for acknowledging our service, we work so hard on that. Hello. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay. To everyone out there, in the write-up for the penthouse we explain that we are part of an all-inclusive resort. We explain that to have drinks and food at the resort you purchase the all-inclusive pass. We further explain that for days you are not on the all-inclusive, there are restaurants right across the street, and we also have a cooler in the unit. Folks are welcome to mix up some Mai Tais or whatever your favorite drink may be and take it down to the pool or beach. I accompany the detailed write up with dozens of photos of both the resort and of the penthouse. Of course, the pool of the resort is shown, and the staircase of the penthouse. This is the first review where someone has complained about the staircase. The stairs are nice and wide and of course they’re shown in the photos. I went through the entire unit with my manager relative to windows and locks. All of the windows locked, however two required more of a push for the lock to engage. I confirm having that fixed, it only took a little WD-40. The “hole” to which our guest refers to is an access panel to the AC unit. There was a condensation leak that fixed. There may have been some drips prior to the fix, but saying debris was falling is ridiculous. I don’t know why our guest feels as if the resort is worn looking. It’s very nicely maintained, and it looks as the photos show. Kind regards all, Tim Miller

Hello everyone. I must say that I find the first sentence of this review highly offensive. This unit was beautifully remodeled (gutted down to the bare walls) just 3 years ago as of this writing. That means nothing in the unit is older than 3 years. You can see by the photos how beautiful it is and it looks exactly like the pictures, I took the pictures myself. But this is all this person has to say that is positive is the views?! My goodness. It sure makes me thankful for the people that do write nice reviews so that people don't actually believe all the crap being spewed out there by some people. Normally I will take a review like this and respond part by part. But this one doesn't deserve a response. But I have to at least say that the elevator does not say 2 people, it says 4 people, I have never ever had a complaint from anyone about hearing traffic at this unit or any of my places here, and never a single complaint about the dryer either. We provide a complete list of the supplies we provide like salt, pepper, cooking oil, garbage bags, etc. The AC and hot water work fine. Sorry, I know I said I wouldn't dignify this review with a response, but it is so angering to hear all this. All gift shops are expensive. Just go directly across the street to the convenience store there and you'll have way more selection and pay a lot less. Tim Miller

I apologize Napoleon. There should always be 8 wine glasses, a wine opener, 8 coffee mugs and 16 large glasses for the kitchen. I'm sorry we well short of our service standard during your stay. Please know that had you mentioned anything about this, we would have purchased you new ones immediately. However, you should have not needed to ask. My manager certainly did get an earful after seeing this as he knows very well our standards. Kind regards, Tim Miller
