Airy Mountain Top Retreat is a bright, airy mountaintop getaway set on 35 acres of land above the tiny town of Waynesboro, PA on Blue Ridge Summit, less than a mile to the Appalachian Trail, with beautiful views!. This 14 bedroom house has an open layout with plenty of space for sleeping, reading, lounging, entertaining, cooking and dining. There's lots to do in the area including hiking, golf, skiing and more. Pool is closed because of Covid and will remain close this year.
Mountain Top Residences is a bright, airy mountaintop getaway set on 35-acres of land above the tiny town of Waynesboro, PA- 40 Minutes Drive from from the Baltimore & Harissburg just over an hour from Washington DC.

The property is set into a hillside, surrounded by trees. Inside you'll find high-ceilinged spaces furnished with mid-century modern inspired pieces and thoughtfully placed contemporary art. This house has an open layout with plenty of space for sleeping, reading, lounging, entertaining, cooking and dining. You'll find yourself prepared to make any gourmet meal in the well-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill on the spacious back deck. Have your morning coffee there too. At night, take in a view of dreamy Blue Ridge skies, melt your stresses away in the beautiful Area. You'll love it here in all seasons.

In each of the bedrooms, you'll sleep comfortably on a single sized bed with new mattresses and soft cotton sheets.

Miscommunication

To start off, my group & I arrived to the wrong house due to lack of communication and we were forced to pack up and move houses after having settled in. Owner claimed he sent me a pic but nowhere in the messages did I receive an attachment (I have screenshots of our convo). There were no blankets provided with the bedding & some people had to sleep in the cold. Also, while cooking breakfast we found a roach in the cabinets. The house was somewhat clean so we did some cleaning as well & disinfected before leaving. One of the toilets did not flush when we arrived & another bathroom had no lights at all. Besides that, the yard and parking was big to accommodate us all. The tables also came in handy for us to eat together.
