We stayed for my daughters birthday trip. Quick trip but was wonderful. The condo was so nice and clean and spacious. And was easy to check in and out. Property was nice as well. It was such a convenient location right behind Dolly's stampede. We have stayed on this property before just 1st time at this condo and we will definitely stay again.

Traveled with teenagers. Had their own space. Loved staying with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very cozy condo on the river. Close to everything! Easy check in and out. Will stay here again!

We had a very nice, relaxing 4th of July! The condo was very clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We were able to view the fireworks out the front door of the condo which was nice. The only advice we have is if you sleep hot, bring a travel fan as the master bedroom is a bit hotter than the rest of the condo. My Granddaughter loved the children’s books that were there. Thank you for hosting us!

Convenient location minutes from Dollywood and other attractions, condo was clean and great size. Loved the balcony off the master and was surprised how peaceful the river view is. You’re off a main road but the balcony is very private and was our favorite feature. Black out curtains in all the rooms (thank goodness) and comfortable beds for the win. We’d stay here again!

The check in process was a breeze and the condo was spotless! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and listening to the rushing water. It was an added bonus to see ducks and geese swimming in the water on a daily basis.
