The townhouse features ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring your comfort in all seasons.
You can enjoy the balcony area, complete with a bbq and outdoor setting, perfect for meals and gatherings.
As a guest at The Sands Golf Course Estate, you will have access to the communal facilities including an outdoor pool, and tennis court, enhancing your overall experience.
