After reviewing your comments, we’d like to share the following insights:- We’re sorry for the delay in hot water. The system is in the process of being upgraded, but currently, it may take a few minutes to heat up.- The coffee maker was not intentionally hidden, and essential supplies were stocked, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash. We wish you had reached out so we could have explained where to find the additional items. We’ll also speak with our cleaners to ensure additional supplies are left for guests.- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.- While there is no luggage cart available, we understand this may have made transporting belongings less convenient for a longer stay.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was damaged by the recent hurricane, and despite our efforts to repair it as quickly as possible, it was not operational during your visit. I provided a discount as an acknowledgment of this issue, and I apologize if this didn’t feel sufficient. Regarding the hot water, the boiler malfunctioned unexpectedly on the second day of your stay, and we were unable to foresee this additional issue. I understand the frustration caused by these disruptions, and I am working closely with our maintenance team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - The cleaners checked the bed and didn't find any issues, but I'm sorry it impacted your stay. - I will return to the condo as soon as possible to upgrade the bed and seating furniture to provide a most comfortable stay. There are also two comfortable foldout single beds available for guests to use if needed. The owner does all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
