This custom 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has everything you need for a week or a weekend away with friends and family. With cool white tones throughout with accents of soft blues and driftwood this home invites you to forget the hustle and bustle of work life and just feel the sea breeze in your lungs as cares melt away.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

The first floor has covered front and rear entrances that lead to a large drop zone with a wide bench, storage bins and hooks - plenty of space for all of your beach gear (conveniently located near the laundry room). There is a fully private outdoor shower located just off the private driveway you will have a place to leave the sand behind. With extra parking in front of the home the whole group will find this beach gem a fantastic location for any time of year!

The first level also has two large king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a unique bunk room for six with an entertainment area and bunk bath for the kids so the adults can enjoy the main living space for entertaining and socializing. Head upstairs for a luxurious entertainment space sure to make any party happy.

The second floor has a convenient coffee and wine bar with beverage refrigerator adjacent to the chef's kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook a quick lunch or an elegant dinner. With a dining table for ten and an island seating for six more you can all enjoy meal time together! If that grill master is feeling inspired there is a large grilling deck with an 8 person dining table for delicious barbecue.as you enjoy the Lake vistas. The private master suite has a walk-in closet with vanity area and en-suite with double shower.

The plush living room demands a night in with a fun movie or one of the many board games available. Or, head out to the front balcony, watch the sunset and listen to the live music at Terry's Place. This is a great spot for a family selfie!

Wonderful Shore getaway

Lots of space for multiple families

Having 3 king size beds all with en suites was a big plus for our group, plus a separate bunk room for the kids and extra large common area. Would stay here again

There was lots of cooking supplies ready for some amazing meals and comfy beds for us to sleep in at night. It was beautiful and fairly well stocked with adequate kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. This particular unit is very close to the central lawn area, which was convenient, and the beach was also a short walk away down Grand. We rented a golf cart which was very convenient. We had a terrific time and will likely return here in the future.

Everything was clean and well maintained. We did have a broken coffee maker that was reported after the first night. The office promised to bring over a new one and that never happened. We connected with the office again and never heard back. (reason for 4 stars)Mosquitoes were horrible this year, but do realize that is beyond your control. Next time we'll bring a yard control spray.So 5 stars and will be planning on coming back.

Although we spent much of our time at the pools, restaurants, etc., we loved the large and open living spaces as a place to gather at the end of the day and in between activities. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at several Cinnamon Shores Vacation Rentals, this was by far the one we liked least. Upon arrival, the home was dirty. We contacted the office and they were truly sorry and would send housekeeping the following morning. We declined this offer as we are 2 families with 6 children that wanted to sleep in during our vacation! After our first night we all awoke to find cockroaches not water bugs running around EVERYWHERE. Spare yourself and stay at a different better maintained home.

I love that each bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom attached so every room feels like the master! Also, they had everything available that you could possibly need. The house was very clean upon arrival and not one single issue during our stay. I would love to book another vacation at Seas the Day in the near future! Also, location is wonderful, close to everything but also quiet no one is located behind you and convenient rear entry with garage for easy parking.

But we learned that we prefer the living area and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. Would have liked an ice maker in the refrigerator, fans on the upstairs porches, doors on the bathrooms in the downstairs king rooms, a full length mirror downstairs and/or mirrors in the bedroom area, bench’s in showers and they need new skillets. We would also like more shade at the pools - umbrellas and bench cushions at CBar. Overall, a great house and resort! We enjoyed Dylan’s & CBar. Tried to go to Lisabellas on Monday evening but they were closed. Guess we will have to come back next year for that!

Our first stay at Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seas the Day is very well located being only a short walk to the Social Circle and the restaurants & shops. That said, it farthest from the beach and pools but if you have a golf cart it makes it an easy trek to those places. It has 2 King bedrooms with baths on ground entry floor, along with a 6 bed bunk room that has a nearby bath as well. Also the laundry room is on the ground floor. There is a back entrance to parking in front of the garage however the garage itself was not assessable to renters. The front entrance has ample parking as well. The 19 step stairs lead to the second floor which has a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. A large island separates the kitchen from the living area and is perfect for buffet style dining. Off the kitchen is a back porch with a large picnic table and gas BBQ. There is a porch off the living area that faces the front and has a spiral staircase to a lookout perch. Also on the second floor is a King Master BR with a separate walk-in closet and full bath. Unfortunately, the MBR does not have a dresser drawers so had to live out of suitcase other than clothes that hung in closet. There is a nice vanity in the walk-in closet for the ladies. The bath was spacious with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. There was an assortment of games in the bar counter (in the living room area) which also included a wine cooler and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, small appliances, pots and pans. The kitchen and dining hanging lamps has some specialty light bulbs which were out and the maintenance team did not have them as they said they are on back order but the ceiling lights were just fine. We had a couple of small issues with some other items and the maintenance team did action those fairly quickly. One issue was we felt the floors were really dirty upon arrival. The maintenance team sent a person over the very next morning to mop and vacuum so very pleased with their response. Cell service in the house was good.
