Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?

Overall, the stay was pretty enjoyable. The game and theater rooms were great! For a home that sleeps 16 people there was very minimum plates, cups, silverware, and cooking supplies. When they say there is only enough items for an initial start, that is very accurate....tiny sized soap, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, and no extra supplies in the kitchen for cooking, like foil, ziploc bags, or anything like that. The host was very kind and responsive, so that was a definite plus.

This house is really amazing. We have a large, blended family. This house let us all be under one roof and have an absolute blast being together. Its location so shopping, to old town, and to Disney was perfect. It had all the space we needed as a family. I didn't have any issues using the amenities of the home, from the outside theater, to the inside theater (which is pretty amazing), to the hot tub and the pool. It really was remarkable. We even had one maintenance issue while we were there.... they took care of it almost immediately. It was a phenomenal stay and would absolutely be on our list to consider again if we bring the entire family back to Orlando.

Everything was great !! Beautiful fun house for kids and families.Only comment is I wish they would provide more than one role of toilet paper, one tiny soap bar ect. Also would have been nice to have a few more options to cook with , house included no salt or pepper ect (basics). Really other than that the house was really great and clean !!! We had such a good vacation.

This property was amazing! Very neat, clean and organized. Remotes for lights and fans in each room was a nice touch! We were a family of 10 adults, 3 teens and two younger children. The house had plenty room for us to gather or separate for some private relaxation time. The amenities were awesome!! One important feature of this house is that there is a push button alarm at the doors leading to the pool area, that cannot be reached by young kid for added safety. The host was super helpful and responded in minute. My family and I would most certainly stay here again!!

Overall, the home was beautiful, spacious, and a great fit for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms, and the kids really enjoyed the game room and pool, especially on the days we stayed in.There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining table placemats were sticky, the kitchen/dining floors were not cleaned well upon arrival, and the master bedroom carpet looked worn and in need of a deep cleaning. The outdoor barstools could also use a thorough cleaning.Our biggest disappointment was the outdoor movie screen. It stopped working the first night and later began falling down after it rained. Although it was eventually replaced, it took several days, and by the time it was fixed we only had one night left. We had planned a family grill and movie night, but we were still unable to connect the projector to the internet, so we never got to enjoy that amenity. We also ended up not using the grill we had paid for.The kitchen could also be better stocked with basic items such as potholders, oven mitts, and dish towels. A few additional trash cans and larger bathroom mats would also be helpful.Overall, we enjoyed the home and our family time there. With a little more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic household supplies, this could be an excellent vacation rental.

The house was dirty, had to buy stuff to clean soon as we got there, babies knees were covered in the first 5 minutes of being there. They charge for everything, charging for the grill use was insane. The place is dated and has been used a lot, the effects in the movie room were half broken. No extra sheets or blankets or beach towels. The screen on the inclosed pool was broke so insects and lizards were still getting in. The internet was terrible, could barely run a movie, let alone the games. 2 of the gaming consoles were broke as well, this place used to be pretty nice but had been used and abused with little to no maintance put back into it. The clubhouse for the community pool and lazy river were nice, but constantly overcrowded and no coolers or outside food allowed, you ended up paying an arm and leg for food and drinks. Not to mention they would constantly close the pool if there was one lightning strike within 15 miles. Very disappointing, would be clear blue skies and they would kick everyone out of the pool because of weather on the other side of the county. I will say the dining area was awesome and it was cool to watch movies in the theater, the games that did work the kids had a blast on. I just think for money spent you could find a lot better vrbos. The pictures they show are dated and was when the house was first set up. Mattress also were rock hard to sleep on.

Brad - We heard one complaint from you, and it was that the tile floor was dirty downstairs. The property manager immediately offered to send cleaners out to the house to clean, and you refused to allow it. All of the other complaints, including complaining that the resort made you get out of the resort because the lightning sensor went off, are so negative. Do you want to take a chance of being in a pool when there is lightning around? I hope you had a better time on your vacation than your comments reflect. We have had pretty much only 5 Star reviews before your stay and 5 Star reviews since your stay.

The house and property were beautiful! We had plenty of room for our group which included 6 kids and 6 adults. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games and the pool and hot tub (or as the kids called it the “hot pool”). All the attractions are no more than 25 minutes away. We were very impressed with the security of the property. A key card was required to get in and out of the property, and security was always present if we needed help. It’s comforting to know that security was of the upmost importance, especially with 6 kids. We have stayed at other properties in the area and the security of those properties was non existent. We are already planning on coming back next year!

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews and went back and forth on it but for the price of this place I really have to be honest to try to help others. I think if a real deep clean was done it could change a lot. Two of us got glass stuck in our foot around the pool and one of my kids got a piece of wood stuck in his foot in the game room, as well as stepping on a nail sticking out of the steps in the movie theatre. We paid extra for heat for hot tub/pool but couldn’t turn on the heat on due to a bad dead mouse smell when we did. The drains in the pool were covered with hair and a few bracelets and even a mouth piece on the bottom of the pool. The ceiling leaked when it rained on top of an extension cord in the arcade room. We put towels down to try and help with that. The projector screen was broken and maintenance showed up without us being notified the first time. I think cleanliness is a huge thing when you are paying this kind of money. Check in time was very strict saying the manager does a walk through to make sure everything is perfect for us and even waiting until shortly after check in time the floors were still wet and dirty upon arrival, as well as a mildew smell to the house overall.Altogether what I can say is the manager did a great job with communication when issues occurred. He did respond right away and sent someone out to vacuum the glass, but ultimately when you pay almost 2,000 for one day and 2 nights…the expectations really weren’t met.

First off I would like to say how wonderful the host was!!! The house was beautiful and spacious and also in a great location. I really enjoyed the game room, it was amazing. Excellent stay and accommodations. It was a great space for us. We took our 3 adult children and their mates and our 3 grandchildren to Sea World, plus my brother and his son joined us. The arcade/game room upstairs was a hit for everyone (kids and the adults)! It was a little pricey but ended up being best solution since the weather was iffy throughout the stay. You literally never need to leave this house if you choose not to. I also liked that it was in the cul-de-sac. Our street wasn't congested. Hopefully we catch a better rate, so we can come back. Host was great. Never ran into issues so didn't need to contact. Thank you!

The kids enjoyed the theater and arcade. The place could definitely use a deep clean. There were hairs on the sheets on the beds and towels. Also, trash and cleaning supplies left behind by the cleaning crew. The last day I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood because a strange man rang our doorbell asking to detail our vehicles and another man was sitting in a truck in front of the house watching us leave. The people beside us were also smoking marijuana on their patio so we didn’t use our pool much.

Kirsten - Some of the property manager's best cleaners clean this home. Never had this complaint. Why did you not contact the property manager about it? He would have sent the cleaners over immediately. Regarding the car detailer - No idea how they even got in the resort because the guards would not allow it. You should have called the resort's security. The number is provided. You could have reported the car detailer and the neighbor. We want you and all guests to have a 5 star stay. If there are issues, you have to let us know so we can assist. Thank you for staying with us. Happy to hear the kids enjoyed the theater and arcade.

Great Orlando area resort, we were minutes from Disney. Properly outfitted for large gatherings, there were 10 adults and 3 children in our party, and there was something to do for everyone. Outstanding theaters, one inside and one out, and a game room that rivals commercial establishments. Had a few minor hiccups with a couple of the consoles, but tech staff showed up quickly and rectified the issues, save for one gun controller. No big deal, we just moved on to the other games. Whatever the top rating is, this place earned it and more.

We had an incredible time! House is beautiful and above and beyond our expectations. Kids loved the pool game room and theater. There was no need to do extra activities the resort was beautiful and so relaxing. Well definitely be back!!

This house was amazing for our spring break with 7 kids ages 10-17yrs old and 3 adults. Everything was clean , well maintained & labled clearly. The kids loved the theater & the game room upstairs. The home is lightly stocked so make sure you bring extra essentials like toiletries, paper towels trash bags extra towels And laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of activities within the house for all ages. Plenty of room for us all. Good areas near by for shopping. House needs some additional TLC and maintenance. The quick turn around cleanings are not cutting it. Mold on the air grates, mold in the showers. Filter for Fridge needs to be cleaned. Most of the resort people we came across, garbage (AWESOME guys), and 2 out of the 3 security guards were nice. 1 was total rude and acting like we were putting her out. Our gate fob would not work after we got another car fob working. Seemed like they would deactivate all fobs except for the one that we went down to say it wasn't working. This happened every day we were there. Very frustrating. Wanted to use the gate near us to get back and were unable to. Had to use Main gate every time.

We also apologize for the frustration with the gate access and the interaction with resort security. This is the first time we’ve received feedback like this regarding the gate fobs, but we are actively following up with the resort to understand what may have caused the repeated deactivations and to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue.
